Excited I was able to get tickets to the game to scratch off an item on my bucket list, but couldn’t get the opportunity because I got Covid the day before the game. Uuuuuugghhhh!!!

Bought tickets before teams were announced but I could not have witnessed a better game. The stadium is old and outdated but it was a wonderful experience. Ridesharing instructions could have been more widely published.
I understand the desire to go to electronic ticketing, but I wish the Rose Bowl would allow Print at home Tickets. I like having a paper copy of the ticket to present at the gate. Too many things could go wrong with the phone...
I have a handicap which I was able to get into the perfect parking spot. Then I was informed that I was able to get handicap seating so I didn’t have to struggle to climb the stairs. Thank you for the wonderful memories that our children gave us tickets to the game.
First time at the Rose Bowl, had a memorable time. Would’ve liked a different outcome but the experience was great. Problematic getting in and out of the venue, so allow for extra time. Would recommend the shuttle to get out, didn’t take it getting there. Security didn’t flow well getting in the venue either. Get to your seat early because it’s so packed in the bleachers that if someone’s in your seat it’s a pain to get the ushers to figure it out if people won’t move. Overall the game was great. Glad I sat on the Oregon Endzone so could see the video screen on the other side.
Game was amazing, if you can get to a Rose Bowl, do it!
Entrance process to event was horrible!! I’ve been to several Rose Bowls and reg season games at the Rose Bowl. Never been so inefficient. Not sure what they changed. And the bleacher seats are SO CLOSE together. Not reasonable at all, made us uncomfortably crowded.
GO DUCKS , great place to get tickets. I recommend using Ticketmaster anytime.👍
Attending the Rose Bowl on New Years Day 2020 was the VERY best way to kick off the new year! Everything went so smoothly from putting our tickets in my Apple wallet for easy access to seating to the most exhilarating crowd and experience. Everyone was so pumped up and excited. It was so much fun to talk to people who had come from all over to experience the Rose Bowl. It really was the very best experience!!
Rose Bowl Extravaganza Week! Volunteered to work on floats, truest a must do! Unbelievably fun & interesting. Attended equestrian fest and band fest. Both were interesting as well as entertaining. Three shifts of float decorating, the parade( fabulous) and the game. Fabulous week!
What a disaster to leave the stadium. After more than 100 Rose Bowl games in Pasadena, they still do not have a good plan for egress. Fire everyone on that committee. Also, 90,000 + people need to use the restroom after the game. They closed all the restrooms inside the venue and expected us to share 4 to 5 porta potties out each exit. What genius thought of this? I'm never going to this stadium again.
The game was amazing. However, the departure from the stadium was hectic and unorganized to say the least. A lot of improvements need to be made around this.
the game was great what more can one say not a bad seat in the house. Not having a hard copy commemorative ticket is a bummer
Pasadena knows how to host a great game. They made it easy for first timers to get around. Everything was clean well organized and people were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this to friends of all ages.
Good morning. This was my first time using Ticketmaster on my phone app. It was quite challenging at the ticket gate entering the Rose Bowl because of the Internet connection there many people I was hearing saying that they had hard times getting connected to retrieve the ticket on their app on their phone. Also I think they should allow us to print the tickets because the tickets would be a great souvenir for those who have never participated in such an event as the Rose Bowl. This was an especially special time for my wife and I because our nephew Jonathan Taylor was playing in the Rose Bowl and I really would’ve loved to have received my ticket physically as a souvenir. All in all it was a great experience and I would do it again but I would opt to get better seating my wife has difficulty Walking. However, I would definitely recommend this venue for anyone, the setting is beautiful with the mountains seated there watching in this iconic place where many historical events have taken place. Thank you for all the security that was present, thank you for the presentation of the arm forces which I’m a former Marine and continue to do a great job. Happy new year and blessings.
Best time ever,got there experience the whole festivities. The game and people were awesome My son and me was so impressed with everything Our very first college football game and the grandaddy of them all. We couldn't believe we were at the Rose bowl game.
If you like football, then you must go to Roses Parade, then do the Rosebowl afterward. It was priceless memories for my family.
If it wasn’t for the view, the whole experience would of been awful, it took an hour and a half to even get in the game, absolutely ridiculous. People became very restless waiting in line to get in the stadium and it was just down right ugly at times. Missed the National anthem and opening kick off because of it. Bathrooms are a joke, same entry and exit door, and concessions are even worse. All you do is stand and line and wait. Everything about it is horrible except the view.
A wonderful time and event. Even though my team lost.
