About

After a sell-out tour in 2022, Romesh is back with a brand-new show examining the human condition... are people inherently good? Is charity always a positive thing? Is hustling the key to success? Or is all this a load of rubbish we've made up to keep people working hard for no reason.

Join Romesh as he examines all of these issues and more while providing no real answers.

Best known for The Misadventures of Romesh Ranganathan, The Ranganation, Rob & Romesh Vs, A League Of Their Own, Avoidance, Romantic Getaway, host of Weakest Link and his own BBC Sounds and Radio 2 show For The Love Of Hip Hop.

"A masterclass in spinning life's frustrations into comedy gold" -Evening Standard

"... Deceptively sharp and utterly disarming" -The Times

"... Vivacious comedy" -The Guardian

Fun night. So glad we went. NJPAC is awesome - a few venues inside a large one. The hall we were in had great sound and was v intimate even tho it had a few levels. Glad we were up front. Romesh was everything we'd hoped and waited for!

Great show. Loved it. Would definitely go to more of Romesh's shows after this.

  • Romash, New Rapper, and a DJ show hog

by Gary S on 1/26/25Town Hall - New YorkRating: 4 out of 5

Town Hall is a wonderful venue. Romash was engaging and fun. Introduction of new female rapper was a treat I didn't expect. The DJ pumping the crowd started well but after the rapper performed the DJ making us jump thru hoops before Romash coming on stage was annoying. Instead of adding energy he slowly brought the the energy down 20%. I stopped clapping and participating as a direct result of his performance.

  • Legend on a small stage!!!

by Ames on 1/19/25Crystal Ballroom at Somerville Theatre - SomervilleRating: 5 out of 5

As usual, Romesh was quick witted, down to earth and hilarious in all the stories about his family! He's a massive celebrity in the UK so to see him in this lovely small venue was really special. Night to remember

Love Crystal Ballroom's flexibility to adapt for each show. Great comedian in a great venue!

  • Not what we hoped

He started off great…then it went downhill…such a shame as we have always loved Romesh…the venue was great though!

  • Recycled old jokes!

    by A. D. on 1/31/23Town Hall - New YorkRating: 4 out of 5

I was disappointed that I knew about 50% of his jokes, having already seen them on YouTube. Usually comedians write new jokes before they go on tour!

It was our first time ever seeing Romesh live. He didn’t disappoint. He was funny, sarcastic and did hilarious rants about everything you can imagine. I’ve also started using baby wipes since this show. Would definitely watch him again.
