American Bank sold parking tickets that were not valid after purchasing online. Kept getting the runaround and bailed after spending 30 minutes trying to find alternate parking. Out over $175 for tickets. Both Ticketmaster and American Bank Center should be embarrassed by the treatment we received from everyone running the event.
The WRCA event was definitely enjoyable. The sound during the concert however, was really bad. Couldn't hear any of the words, even though I know the songs I really wanted to enjoy the voices.
Rodeo was amazing. When it came to the concert you could not hear the artist vocals. The vocals were over powered by the instruments. A lot of people left because of it.
Seat location is not really honest . Mine said Lower section but I did not know it was right below the highest small section . They should require a Physical for the stair climb . Totally rushed performance from start to finish .I think a lot of people would OK to get out at 9:30 PM .
Great night our, the only downside was the sound system for the concert seemed off.
Haven't been to a rodeo in years, and just like ALL events nowadays this soft events wasn't for me. The show after was even worse, couldn't understand a word with the echoing so had to move farther away to understand what was being said
We got to see everything from mutton busters to bull riding—all in one night. I thought they would have different events on different nights.
We really enjoyed the rodeo. The view was good even though we were up in the nosebleed section. We could hear and see everything well, thanks to the jumbo screens (or whatever you call them). My only complaint is about the venue. It is VERY unfriendly to handicapped or even limited mobility senior citizens. Signing about the grounds was practically non-existent. Worst of all, the people working the gates were appallingly uninformed about the rodeo. They knew EVERYTHING about the carnival grounds and NOTHING about rodeo attendees. We had to walk around the entire arena building twice to find a gate guard that realized we did not need to pay $10 to get into the carnival grounds because we were holding rodeo tickets. Ridiculous.
Went to the rodeo with my family and we had amazing time together! Will be going next year again!
I enjoyed the Buc Days Rodeo Saturday night very much. I've been to many Rodeos... Colorado Springs, Colorado; Cheyenne, Wyoming; Calgary, Canada; Denver Stock Show Rodeo, Colorado; Payson, Phoenix, and Prescott, Arizona; and many local/small town Rodeos. Buc Days had very good competition in all events, including the Mutton Bust'n... my all time favorite. The American Bank Center is a great venue with every seat being a good seat. I look forward to attending next year.
