Rochester Americans Tickets

A sold out Blue Cross arena for the deciding game 5 of the Amerks playoff game equals extreme gridlock at the concessions. I left my seat with 3 minutes left in period 1 to go to the closest concession stand. I got back to my seat with 5 minutes already gone in period 2. Had I wanted to go to a different stand it would have been much longer. The entire concession area was jammed packed. Another issue is the view of the scoreboard from seats higher up in the corners (and maybe other seats as well). You simply can’t see the video board. It’s long overdue for a new arena. We deserve better. The atmosphere was fun, especially due to the stakes of the game.

2 out of 4 seats were broken. So we moved over to the empty seats.

The Amerks always provide 3 periods of entertainment.. They make Rochester proud. Thr staff is very good as I use a walker and they always help me.

Love going to the BCA for concerts and hockey games. Security and staff are so nice!

Rochester Americans do a good job for entertaining the fans both on and off the ice.

We purchased tickets thinking it was the end of an aisle, which it was, but did NOT know that there was an obstructing like fence at the end of the aisle. We could not enter or leave the row because of it and there was a partial nonvisible view of the hockey rink. We would have purchased other seats if we knew that we couldn't enter or leave nor see part of the rink from our seats.

Again the Amerks delivered another home win. The fast paced, high energy game did not disappoint. If you haven't done so yet check out a home game and give our boys some love!

Fun time for family and friends. Thou when you pay for premium glass seats for your family and others just sneak down and watch it for free, it makes it not worth paying the price. This happens every game. I fully understand small children getting to experience that, but adults. Done

The crowd was fun, the atmosphere was great and the game was a blast-and they won!

Starting lineup for visiting team needs to be shown same as Amerks are. Also goals scored by visiting team poorly announced and could not be understood. Penalties could not be heard or understood.

the food lines were long and the price of the hot dog meal was high

The Amerks games are always a good time but the arena is just too outdated. The seats are tiny the hallways are small and the concessions could use some updating also. They really need to build a new one and get with the times if they want to draw more fans and events.

One would be hard-pressed to find a more quintessential Rochester experience than attending an AMERKS game. From the friendly atmosphere, to the blue-collar game experience, to the AMAZING (and thoroughly Rochesterian) food options. This was a great game--although the home team was blistered 6-1. Grab some wings, get a white hot, enjoy a Genny, and enjoy the atmosphere of a fanbase that loves its team and supports them 100%.

We had a great time the game. Will definitely be going again..clean venue..kid friendly.
