In July of 2012 Robeto Tapia released his latest album El Muchacho, which ranked well with Billboard, earning the No. 1 spot on the Hot Latin Albums and Regional Mexican Sales charts. Tapia is well suited for the gig, as his live concerts are renowned for his incredible vocal performances. Ticket holders revel in Tapia's passionate live renditions of Mirando Al Cielo and Nino de la Tuna in a festive, party-like atmosphere. Attendees at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles in February 2013 called the experience "incredible," "unforgettable" and "amazing." Fans can rejoice as he plans to get back out on the road soon with upcoming tour dates scheduled for 2014. His latest release has earned him nominations for Artist of the Year, Male Artist of the Year and Best Song With a Band from (Premios de la Radio) The Radio Awards.
Tapia was born in in San Diego, CA, but was raised in Culiacan, Sinaloa, Mexico. Educated in music at the Difocur School of Music in Sinaloa, Tapia studied guitar, percussion and clarinet and gained performing experience through playing with the Sinaloa Symphony. Tapia has toured extensively through Latin America, Mexico and the U.S. His releases include Machete Music's Los Amigos Del M which hit shelves in January 2008. His 2009 follow-up was entitled El Nino De La Tuna, featuring Tapia's signature blend of modern and traditional musical elements. He released La Batalla in 2010 and El Corrido Del Nino on in 2011. He also released a live album in 2011 from a sold-out concert at the Los Angeles Nokia Theatre. Tapia’s recent stint as a coach on La Voz Kids has allowed him to share his experiences as a struggling musician with the kids on the show.

Spotlight on the Artis would have been nice ..as he would walk over to the sides to sing directly to the public he was in the dark . We couldn't see him or any artist well.
The concert was awesome!. Concert goers did not standup while the Tapia was singing which is Great! It allowed to actually enjoy the view and music with out blocking others. He definitely gave a Great show. Thanks to all concert goers that that made it happened.
Roberto Tapia came out a bit late but his performance was flawless. His show is as good as any other and the best part was that he sounded exactly as he does on the radio or YouTube, no electronic enhancements or changes. The only problem I find, and this is common in every concert, is fans obstructing aisles trying to get a pic or video with their favorite performer, but it robes the other fans seated, much of the show we also paid full price for. At any rate, good venue, good show, kudos to Roberto Tapia!
not good no komander, a lot of money and nobody tell you about what its going on.
I can only give a good review to Roberto Tapia who did an amazing job and kept singing longer than what he was originally scheduled i am sure, since El Komander punked out and did not even show up and left everyone hanging. Mad props to RT for sticking it out and performing for everyone who did show up and not disappoint.
With all the respect that Roberto Tapia deserves, I am very disappointed for the experience of not being able to enjoy a memorable concert with two great singers, Roberto Tapia y El Komander. Tapia did a great job, and a fabulous presentation, love his songs, But I paid the price of $144.95 to go see both singers and not only ONE. El Komander shows to the public his low professionalism and Irresponsibility. WILL NOT PAY 1 CENT TO GO SEE HIM EVER AGAIN.
I respect RT for showing up but Komander unacceptable
Not happy at all with the outcome of this event it started late and it ended early. The worst part was when we were told that the artist I paid to see didn't even show up and the matter in which the fans were notified was so unprofessional. Will not be buying anymore tickets for events like these.
It sucked the bass was to loud u couldn't really hear Roberto sing and what sucked **s more El Komander didn't even show up what a waste of a night.
Worst concert ever, we all deserve our money back.
Artist did not even showed up!!! So unprofessional. Waste of my time and money. Very disappointed, we were told at the venue once the opening artists had already performed.
This show was so awesome!!!! All live with amazing performances, absolutely loved it!!
Loved it enjoyed it! It was worth going and driving met Roberto and Larry!
Enjoyed the show had a great time good concert perfect nite
Spent a long part of the show standing in line for drinks. The artist playing did not last very long. I mist a long part of the show waiting to buy expensive liquor and the thing about it is there wasn't even that many people in line. I paid 300 for 2 seats and I left early. Never again
Parking is hectic so be early so you won't miss half your show like I did ):
Great show but they need to dedicate themselves to preforming
It was really good I will come back Exelent highly recommend
He's a great performer! I loved everything, not one bit upset!
