BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Ringo Starr, beloved drummer of The Beatles, has been touring the world with his All Starr Band since 1989. Over the last two decades, Ringo has played with 12 variations of the band, always sharing the stage with members who are veritable stars in their own right. Past All Starr Band players include Joe Walsh of the Eagles, Peter Frampton, and Sheila E., and the ever-humble Ringo always gives his fellow performers equal stage time to perform hits from their respective catalogs.
FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:

RINGO STARR HAS ALWAYS ROCKED AND WILL ALWAYS BE A BEATLE TILL HE DIES ONLY WISHED HIS SHOW BE A LITTLE BIT LONGER AND SING MORE BEATLE TUNES LIKE PAUL MCCARTNEYS 3 HOUR SHOW .PEACE AND LOVE.
I've been trying to see Ringo and his All-Starr Band for a few years; it just seemed that I was either out of town or had other priorities when he played. So I was very happy to finally get tickets. Ringo is a great Emcee and performer. He is funny, down-to-earth and obviously loves to perform - he was having lots of fun, and so were we. The musicians he brought along this time were fantastic, and included Todd Rundgren, plus the guitar player from Toto - who is awesome , keyboard from the old Santana group, Ricky Page, and a few others. (I never was one to know the names of the musicians in most bands - - other than the Beatles and the Stones) Each musician had feature songs where he performed as a solo artist, with the others backing him up. In every instance, the songs were tight and sounded a lot like the original recordings but with some extra added flair. Lots of nice jamming. Ringo and the group played steady for two hours and the audience responded with applause, whistles, and cheers. We all definitely got our money's worth.
very special concert it was best we have seen in a very long time loved loved it
OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE BY ENTIRE BAND. DEFINITELY WORTH THE TICKET PRICE.
The second Beatle my wife and I saw this year and he was great. The band played tunes they were famous for and we really enjoyed the variety of music.
Ringo and his band did hit after hit: Matchbox (Carl Perkins cover) It Don't Come Easy, Wings I Saw the Light (Todd Rundgren) Evil Ways (Willie Bobo cover - Gregg Rolie) Rosanna (Toto cover - Steve Lukather) Kyrie (Mr. Mister cover - Richard Page) Don't Pass Me By (Beatles cover) Bang the Drum All Day (Todd Rundgren) Boys (The Shirelles cover) Yellow Submarine (Beatles cover) Black Magic Woman/Gypsy Queen (Fleetwood Mac cover - Gregg Rolie) Honey Don't (Carl Perkins cover) Anthem You Are Mine(Richard Page) Africa (Toto cover - Steve Lukather) Oye Como Va (Tito Puente cover - Gregg Rolie) I Wanna Be Your Man (Beatles cover) Love Is the Answer (Utopia cover - Todd Rundgren) Broken Wings (Mr. Mister cover - Richard Page) Hold the Line (Toto cover - Steve Lukather) Photograph Act Naturally (Buck Owens cover) With a Little Help from My Friends (Beatles cover) Give Peace a Chance (John Lennon cover) Great show, traveled 2700 miles to do it, so glad I went!
outstanding show with top notch band..good time for all over 2 hours of enjoyment.
Checked off the bucket list - the final 2013 All Star show and got a chance to see Ringo in person - he has a ton of energy for a guy in his 70s - really enjoyed the whole show - the guitarist from a Toto was phenomenal guitar virtuoso . Greg Rollie - amazing - loved them all - Ringo was in good voice - and loved watching him drum on the others songs - he even noticed me in a very intimate theatre - I would see him again - totally fab.
It was an outstanding show, with music not only from Ringo Starr's time with the Beatles AND alone, but also tunes from the past of the other performers, including Todd Lundgren and former members of Mister, Mister; Santana; and Toto. So it was a wide-ranging and varied evening that was very enjoyable to all ages present.
I've been to 6 Ringo Starr All Starr Band Shows over the last few years and they are always great. You get Ringo singing a few songs and you got a bunch of other artists singing their hits. What else can you ask for? This particular band is and has been my favorite. I got to see them 3 times and loved it each and every time
Simply awesome. The term All Starr doesn't even begin to describe this group of talented musicians. Amazing night!
What an incredible night to see and hear the former Beatle and the amazing All Starr Band. Great music and performance from Ringo ( he's still going strong). The All Starr Band with Gregg Rolie, Steve Lukather, Todd Rundgren Richard Page, Mark Rivera, and Gregg Bissonette played with incredible energy and treated the audience to such hits as Black Magic Woman, Rosanna, Love is the Answer, Broken Wings, and many more great songs from the players original bands. I'll never forget the night, it was magical.
Ringo had a phenomenal supporting cast. They all sounded and played great
Ringo Starr put on a great show and his All-Star Band added a new dimension in concert performances. It was like attending 5 concerts in one with hits performed by Steve Lukather (Toto), Richard Page (Mr. Mister), Gregg Rolie (Santana), and Todd Rundgren in addition to Ringo. Terrific show!!
This was the second time I saw ringo and all Starr band. This concert was full of energy. Each of the band members were very talented and interacted with crowd well! I loved venue. Anywhere u sat in there was good! We sat in 7 th row and they were great seats. Great atmosphere! If I wasn't leaving the next day I would of bought tickets and went again! Ringo and his band simply amazing ! With a variety of different artist singing their own songs has open the doors to my music exploration! Love it!
Be honest. Ringo has a place in rock history, and it is a huge place, both as a member of The Beatles and as a solo act. But he is not going to fill a stadium like McCartney. The cool thing is he is smart enough to know his limitations. He interacts very well with the audience and is very comfortable with who is is and where he is in life. He really makes it work with his All Starr ensemble. This time around, you get the greatest hits from Toto, Santana, Mr Mister, and Utopia/Todd Rudgren. You may not know the names if you're not an avid fan, but you'll know the songs. Another thing about Ringo. His tickets are much cheaper than most concerts. This one was $130 for fourth row seats,
Any opportunity to see a Beatle perform should be taken advantage of and Ringo's current show will definitely not disappoint. He does the hits (e.g., "Yellow Submarine", "With a Little Help from my Friends") and a few more obscure numbers like "Don't Pass Me By" from the White Album. With his All Star band, each was performed to perfection. Speaking of the All Stars . . . With Ringo's current band, you are treated to hits from Santana, Toto, Mr. Mister and Mr. Rundgren. Again, they are all performed at a master level by legends . . . guys who are pros beyond pros. And, it doesn't hurt that they are clearly enjoying the evening as much as the audience. As for Ringo ... he is who Ringo is . . . charming, funny, sincere and extremely entertaining and engaging. Go see the show. You'll be glad you did!
People of all ages (kids to seniors) all dancing, cheering, clapping, laughing and singing together. I'm not sure I have ever seen anything quite like it. Incredible show & incredible talent. Presiding over this amazing event was a diminutive, happy, peace-loving Beatle. He shined and then stepped back and let his fellow band members shine. It was a night I will never forget. This is why we make music.
Ringo and the All Star Band in Las Vegas, what can I say? After all these years I finally got to see a Beatle and it was Fantastic! And not just Ringo but the whole band with guys that are great Rock Stars in their own right. Greatly enjoyed every minute and would recommend to anyone to see for themselves.
