I hadn't been to a circus in years. It was okay but not really worth the money I paid. I wish there would have been more animal acts and less people acts.
This circus was good but had seen it last year and it had nothing new. Wish Ringling Bros would send their "top shelf" circus to Lafayette. I'm getting bored with these low-end versions.
I guess my city is not on the A list. It has been many years but back then the RBBB was grand and sensational. They sent us their best back then. Zing Zang Zoom had much less production value and lacked some of the more cherished, traditional acts such as the trapeze. Just about every act was below the usual RBBB level of talent. The risk and the thrill just wasn't there. My 5 year old was at her first circus and didn't know the difference but I did. I feel bad about writing this because I love the circus and admire circus performers but this one disappointed me.
All in all, the performers were good considering what they had to work with. Small ring and performance area. It was like watching America's Got Talent. No lions and tigers, replaced with domestic house cats and dogs. However, seeing cats and dogs was the highlight of the show for my 3 year old. You will see elephants, horses and camels.
Excellent event!!! Will attend if the circus returns to our area.
My kids thoroughly enjoyed the circus. I was even entertaining to my husband and I.
Our seats were great and the event was wonderful. The only thing I would have changed was the pre show event, it seemed as though there was just not enough room. There was only one clown out and everyone crowded around that one clown so it was hard to see and get involved.
I brought my grandkids and I hadn't been to the circus since my children were toddlers. It was hard to see who was more excited!!!! Awesome performers!!!!!!
All of the performers and animals were great! However, I have been to the circus many times and have never seen a 1 ring circus in my life. The amount of performers and animals were small compared to any circus I have ever been to. It was like a mini circus. Still enjoyable, just wished for more animals, like some tigers maybe.
was ok, kids enjoyed it.. expected to see more animals, and show segments lasted a little long, our seats werent the best, too far
My daughter and I wanted to have a "girls night out" and this was the best thing we could have done! When the circus comes back we will defiantly go back.
Best one-ring circus I've ever seen. Loved the magician ringmaster and all of the acts.
A good family outing event. A good length of time, interactive, and attention getting.
Loved everything about the show from the magic shows to the animal shows!! It was amazing and my family and I will for sure go again next yr!!
Though the circus is only one ring as opposed to three, and the animals were fewer then before the Ringling brothers and barnum and bailey circus still provides good family entertainment value. Our family has gone to them for a number of years and this is version has a good variety of well established acts.
The program was great. I think my wife and I enjoyed it more than our four year old son.
The event was great. We hated the tigers/ lions were not present at the event as they have been in the past.
It was a good family event. The magic acts were great! They had everything but Lions and bears.
Thought the circus was good, the skills of the performers were outstanding. My daughter and I went, and I would recommend it to anyone who hasnt gone.
The circus was excellent. My whole family enjoyed our experience. I would recommend this show to all of my friends.
