The songs were great. But Richard swears way too much when telling stories. The concert should have been rated R for using the F word.

Richard Marx was fantastic at the Detroit Music Hall! Incredible singer, songwriter, musician….and Impressed by how many other artists he has collaborated with. Richard was upbeat and enjoyed talking with the audience. His voice was still incredible…. After all these years! Thank you, Richard for a wonderful evening! 👏👏👏

Since I was 7 years old this man’s music has been my favorite! It also helped me through a lot in my life. He sounds just as amazing live as his albums. I hope he comes back to Detroit soon!!!!

Everything about the concert was terrific, Music hall is a gorgeous place to visit and the acoustics were terrific. To say the opening act was fabulous is not an overstatement at all and Richard Marx's voice has only gotten better with age! Catch him and his band when you can, you will not be disappointed!

AMAZING! Richard Marx is a true musician in every facet. He sounded exactly like he did in 1987:)! Very relatable with his audience and appreciative of his fans. Detroit Music Hall is filled with history and absolutely stunning! Comfortable seating and good bar service. Wonderful evening enjoying downtown Detroit and the brilliant music of Richard Marx!!

Richard and his band gave us 2 FULL HOURS of their best in Detroit a couple nights ago and he sounds as good at the age of 60 as he did when he first became a star!! What an amazing human being and grateful, sentimental soul! EASILY my best concert, and I've seen Daughtry, Brian McKnight, Hall & Oates and others. THANK YOU, Richard and your band!!

Very entertaining and fun. Much more fun than I expected. Great venue and exciting crowd. Marx can still sing great and was funny. Would definitely see him again.

As always, Richard Marx put on an amazing show. His stories and banter with the audience is hilarious, and his voice just gets better with age. I will never miss a Richard Marx concert!!!

Loved seeing Richard Marx! He sang beautifully! He was so funny and engaging! Venue was small which made it better because we were able to see him up close! Wish show had been longer!

I had never really heard his music before, but his performance was amazing!! He had excellent stage presence and was just a blast to listen to. He definitely made a fan out of me!!!

Richard Marx still is a great singer. The performance was enjoyable but short. Wish more songs were performed. The open seating left many people stuck standing in the back because random seats were left open between groups of people. Seating arrangements would have been better as not everyone standing wanted to stand and sat on the floor behind the chairs.

Richard Marx did an amazing job with his 100% acoustic concert! He is a wonderful entertainer!!

Last year show I was out of the state so this time I made sure I can come to his show anywhere near me. Well, when it’s not too far, just an hour and a half drive + traffic haha. I went to Rancho Mirage, CA. show (Palms Springs area) 10.14.2023 just in time for my 47th and it was awesome show Richard Marx and the Band including your son Lucas and the rest of the boys. Richard Marx is the multi talented singer song writer that has been behind the scenes for so many years. Too bad so many do not realize his talent! GREAT SHOW. come back soon RM. BUT! the Meet n Greet was a bit steep/// and not very kind with the amount it cost for loyal followers. THAT was a it of a shell shock. I think a discount word for thos ewho follow would've felt bette than that $150 price.... the same a smy ticket. But I love your music anyway...

My only complaint would be that he didn’t play one of my favorite songs Keep Coming Back. Would have enjoyed more piano, he only played it for encore of Right Here Waiting. He was funny, gorgeous, voice was perfect, talented band. Check out his guitarist Dandelion head! I’m a rock concert type but this was one of the best shows of my life. I’ve been to about 400 concerts. Amazing.

Richard put on such a great show! He sings all his old hits and they sound just like they did when he started. Whenever he comes back to town we will be there!!
