About

Guatemalan singer/songwriter and multiple award winner Ricardo Arjona has released 13 studio albums, including 2007’s Adentro, which earned a Grammy Award for Best Latin Pop Album and a Latin Grammy for Best Male Pop Vocal Album. The talented singer, guitarist, and pianist possesses an impressive musical range that encompasses pop, rock, ballads, and even the a cappella style of Cuban, Tejano, and Norteno music. His lyrics have made him somewhat of a social activist too, with songs addressing topics such as racism, immigration, and homosexuality. Ticket buyers for Arjona's concerts around the world rave about his passionate performances as well as the special guests who occasionally join him on stage, including singers Sandro and Marc Anthony and pianist Sergio George. Arjona has honed his musical talent since the mid-‘80s, when he released his first album Dejame Decir Que Te Amo at the age of 21. Before that his roots may surprise you: he played basketball for the Guatemalan national team on a Central America tour and also worked as a rural schoolteacher.

    This was my first time seeing Arjona in concert. I was a fan before, but now I'm a super fan! His musical talent is incredible, that goes without saying, but his intelligence, humor, social awareness, and humanity shone through in spades in his commentary between songs. I never imagined Fuiste Tu with anyone but the original female lead, but the audience participation in her portion of the duet was pretty spectacular.

    Our sits we're in zone 219, and our view to the stage was great, however it was difficult to see the two screens located by the sides of the stage. There were two big black lights fixtures covering the screens. I have never seen this type of fixtures blocking the screen views before. I guess the organizer didn't prevent this issue.

    Arjona sang from begging to end with no breaks. Even if you didnt know the lyrics of the songs you could still enjoy the music. The band, wow!! Every single on of them were amazing. I have nothing negative to say. It was an absolute delite being able to be at one of his concerts. Will definitely go to every one of his Orlando FL concerts in the future.

    The concert was amazing but the at the end when it was time for everyone to leave was a mess. All the workers were just looking around and kinda disappear. There was no one to ask directions and/or direct people for the stairs, elevators or justs ask a simple question. The little bit of workers that you were able to find they had attitudes and look mad.
