Really fun. The tube return was not working so people had to carry their own tubes up. The employees offered to help those who couldn’t carry the tubes up by themselves. I prepaid for tube rides only to find out they offered them for free. I was refunded for the tube rides
We had seven family members, including seven and five-year-old girls. They had a great time. I am extremely glad you refunded the tube rides. We would have liked to ride more than once, but the lines were too long. After talking to the family, we all agreed that the tube run needs improving. I know this isn't Utah, but the tube rides there had a conveyor type contraption to help get the tubes to the top. Also, I would suggest some two person tubes. The five-year-old would not ride by herself, of course, next year she might and when we rode, only three lanes were open.
The ride was okay in and of itself, but the line was way too long. I'd hate to see what the line will be like on the weekends.
My grand kids love it. The only problem was editing in line when there were 4 runs and only two being used. But otherwise it was the best part for my grand kids.
Good for littles but a let down for the bigs. Tickets were reasonably priced so no harm in giving it go.
Don't waste your money on multiple runs, the line is WAY to slow to do more than one, and you'll need that money for the $10 cookie(s) and hot 'chocolate' which tastes a bit like kerosene. Your welcome.
We purchased 10 rides ahead of this game event thinking we would all ride a few times....NOT!!!! We waited 45 minutes after the event had been open just 1 hour to take one tube ride. So after just one ride we weren’t going to wait another 45min to use the rest of the tokens we purchased. This is a complete waste due to the lack of efficiency. While waiting in line behind the slide water is being drained which is being splattered mostly all over the legs of those waiting in line. Complete joke and oversight by whoever is producing this event!
We had a great time ! But the only hiccups were the line wait so incredibly long, they were only running 2 out of 4 lanes. Days after we paid to sled GLOW announces sledding is included in ticket prices...so paid $20 extra for sledding when I just should have waited to take my family. O well....lesson learned.
Go early...get in line immediately so you don´t have to wait. TO much fun.
Highly disappointed snow tubing with no snow? It’s actually just a big slide you go down on a tube.
