I love that they are a Christian band and a rock band in one!! And their music is for real. We saw them in Pennsylvania and there is no doubt, We are groupies now!!
What a great night of Christian hard rock. Random Hero and Spoken warmed up the crowd as Disciple took the energy level off the charts. Red then played a blistering set with many tracks in celebration of the first record's 10th anniversary. The band interacted with the fans and kept the energy level up. One of the better rock shows I've seen in a while.
The Underground is a very good venue for a club-type concert. Very intimate, surprisingly good acoustically. Random Hero was good fro the opening act. They have a solid sound and a great vocalist. Spoken was okay. Disciple played a great set. Red sounded really good. They played a great set. It was awesome to hear all the songs from the End of Silence album live. Most of my favorite Red songs are from End of Silience.
Loved how they interacted with crowd. Seemed like very down to earth guys. OpenING bands were very good too.
All 4 bands were so awesome!!! Couldn't ask for a better line up!!!
Random Hero, Spoken, Disciple, & Red rocked our brains out at the Underground in Charlotte. Easy to park and get in, staff were courteous & efficient, and the crowd was loud & electric. The next day at work was rough with my voice gone, ears ringing, and neck sore, but our group that made the trek from Sumter, SC, is still talking about it. Can't wait to see all of these guys again!
Wanted to see RED since I had never seen them in their "hey day", but was also excited to see Disciple as well. Disciple were amazing, but unless you were familiar with their songs, it was hard to understand/ hear his voice at times which is a shame because Kevin's voice is beautiful! The sound system for those guys fell short but they had so much enthusiasm it was hard not to just rock along with them despite this! RED went above and beyond my expectations - Michael has such passion when he sings it gives me goosebumps! They played all of their hits and then some. His energy had me smiling from ear to ear - the way he would jump up on the riser, spin around, run back and forth on the stage, sing with such passion... wow. I recommend seeing these guys 101% --- for playing in a small venue, they had such a HUGE presence, it was electrifying to me.
I had not heard of Random Hero prior to the concert. The band turned out to be a pleasant surprise of the evening. The lead singer, Aaron, and I had a nice chat between acts. RED was fantastic as expected.
Red did absolutely amazing! Great guys with great music. The Underground was an awesome venue as well. Their support bands did outstanding to.
Awesome show with lots of energy!!! Red puts on a show directed to the fans!
This was my first time at the Underground and I was really impressed! I love the small venues and it allows you a chance to see the bands up close. It was set up very nicely and the freshly popped popcorn smelled great upon entering the venue. Red is an amazing band and every time I see them, I leave happy. Their energy on stage is electric and they bring it every night.
The bands were great, the sound was superb and the light was amazing! It was great venue and a great show, I can't wait for the next show that I attend at Tye Underground!!
Red sounded just like they do on their cd's. Michael voice was perfect and they all were energetic throughout the whole show. Positive music, positive message. I will definitely see them again and again.
This was my second time in 2 weeks seeing RED on this tour. The crowd was full of energy and had a blast. The set list includes 15 songs total, including 9 songs from the new album and 2 encores. I've seen RED several times over the last 9 years, and these 2 shows were the best they've ever sounded. Michael's voice was flawless, and I still can't believe how great he sounds live. Even if you have to drive 2 or 3 hours to see RED, you should go. Trust me, it will be worth your time.
Excellent! I loved the concert. The atmosphere was great! Nice security and organization.
This was one of the best shows I've seen in awhile. Entertaining and energetic show!! We were fortunate to be able to celebrate Michael's birthday they day they were in town.
Amazing concert! Hope to see Red and Islander again
High energy just an overall fantastic time! I want to see them again!
From the outset with local band Our Way Out rocking their set, then moving on to 3 years hollow, and Islander, all the opening bands tore the house down. After that red came out and had one of the best shows that I have seen them perform. I have been to 15 of their shows and this one was phenomenal!!!! I enjoyed it immensely. My only criticism would be, and I know that the new album just released but, there may have been a little too much content from it. I fell in love with this band from the first album and would loved to have heard more from previous albums. I mean one album was completely left off the set list. My favorite song is Pieces and they hardly ever play it. I would love to have heard it. But all in all I love them and will definitely be coming back for show 16!!!!!
