    Reckless Kelly Rocked the House!

by RKFans on 11/13/11Variety Playhouse - Atlanta

Micky and the Motorcars opened the show - and were great - the crowd was really into them/the show - from the start. They closed their set with Rod Stewart's 'Stay with Me' - and the crowd wished they had (stayed and played longer!). Reckless Kelly opened their set with 'Hit the Ground Running' - and that they did! They were awesome! Some of the best musicians/songwriters around! The crowd was really into the show (great crowd on hand) - the venue is really nice (with solid accoustics) - and the staff at the Variety Playhouse was helpful - polite and a great bunch. The only downside is that we (the fans/crowd) could have listened to them another (2) hours!!

    Greatest Band In the World

by Oldguysingingloud on 11/13/11Variety Playhouse - Atlanta

If you've never seen these guys, drop everything and go. I've seen them three times in the last 12 months and even flown halfway across the country to go to their concerts, but this was the best. The material off the new album is excellent and you can tell that Willy and the boys are thrilled to be playing a lot of new stuff.

    Nailed it as usual!

by SelfishMotives on 9/6/11Billy Bob's - Fort Worth

They always deliver a quality performance! I've been listening since 2000 and have seen them in multiple venues and settings. Really looking forward to the new album, Good Luck & True Love!

    Reckless Kelly at Billy Bobs

by cleanintx on 9/5/11Billy Bob's - Fort Worth

The band was awesome though I would have preferred more of their old music. Lead guitar and Cody Braun on fiddle were highlights. Billy Bobs had the sound messed up for the first third of the event. Also, our seat (B9, 1-2) was behind a pole. We switched into someone elses vacant seat or we would have been very upset. The crowd was mediocre. RK as always was great.

    Awesome show!

by njrkfans on 7/26/11Bowery Ballroom - NEW YORK

This show was their best one so far out in the North East! We loved the atmosphere - the Bowery Ballroom was a great location to see and hear the band....and it was also a great place to hang out and talk with the band after the show in the basement bar area! We really enjoy Reckless Kelly and their shows out in the NorthEast - they are a great bunch of guys - very down to earth and they always have time for their fans! They are the best country rock band that I know of and they need more radio time in the NY/NJ area.....love em ...love em.... love em! Can't wait to see them again SOON!

    Like I was in Texas

by RecklessBLj on 7/25/11Bowery Ballroom - NEW YORK

I felt like I was in Texas. The venue was great, Micky and the Motorcars were fantastic and Reckless Kelly brought it home. Being a big RK fan, hailing from Texas, and living in NYC now, I sought out this show. And I am so glad that I did. Just when I needed a piece of home, the Bowery Ballroom, Micky and the Motorcars and Reckless Kelly delivered. I definitely plan on coming back to the Ballroom. It's an intimate setup with unique features (bars on every level). The only thing I wasn't blown away with was the sound. I know that the Braun brothers know how to use a mic, so I'll attribute their lack of volume to the guys on the board.

    BEST SHOW EVER

by TALLBLONDGUY on 7/25/11Bowery Ballroom - NEW YORK

BOTH RECKLESS KELLY AND MICKEY & THE MOTORCARS WERE AWESOME. ANYTIME YOU GO TO A SMALL VENUE THAT ONLY HOLDS 100 - 200 PEOPLE AND HAVE BANDS THAT ROCK THE PLACE LIKE THESE 2 GROUPS DO, IT IS AN AWESOME SHOW

    Reckless come back

by ironhorse06 on 4/15/11The Blue Note - Columbia

The show was great outside of playing so late on a week night. RK hit it right on time and opened in fashion with Wicked Twisted Road. They rock and I would love for them to come to St Louis when in the area.

    Love Reckless Kelly

by cjayrn on 4/15/11The Blue Note - Columbia

The guys from RK act like they know everyone in the crowd and are just playing for a bunch of friends! I had never heard of these guys and found a CD that my daughter-in-law had left in my car. Popped it in and have been "hooked" ever since!! Daughter-in-law didn't ever get that CD back!! She was okay with that. In fact, she and my son and 8 others all attended this concert with me. We brought our own party!

    Amazing show

by jmik on 12/28/10Billy Bob's - Fort Worth

My husband and I had a great time. We hadn't really heard many songs from Reckless Kelly and honestly didn't know about 95% of the songs they sang but we had a blast anyway. They really know how to put on a great show.

House Band Put On the Best Show That Night

    by Jazz87 on 12/21/10Billy Bob's - Fort Worth

The venue is what made this concert a good time. The house band was fantastic and actually was more fun to listen to and watch than the concert itself. Not sure why they got an encore, because they really didn't use up much time anyway. VERY short playlist added to the 'average' rating.

    Reckless was Awesome

    by RedDirt52 on 12/21/10Billy Bob's - Fort Worth

It began with Willie taking the stage alone and the energy began to build. RK has become one of the great Texas bands.

Reckless Kelly WILL BE the next great group...

by MustangTrax on 12/7/10Rhythm Room - Phoenix

AND I got to see them up close and personal at the Rhythm Room in Phoenix, AZ! What a small and intimate venue this little club is...I drove 2 hours up from Tucson to listen to a band that I have been following for the past two years...worth all 4 hours of my travel time and would do it again in a hearbeat! The crowd was a wonderful mix of 20 somethings to rockers and rebels over 50...everyone spoke RK and the house rocked! Was especially cool that after their encore they actually came out and talked with anyone and everyone, even those of us that had a little too much to drink! hahaha

Reckless Kelly gave us a great time!

    by Nana2all81 on 12/6/10Rhythm Room - Phoenix

I've heard of Reckless Kelly for years but have never seen them in concert. What a great place to see an act live! Up close and personal! I love their Austin sound. The warm up guy was also fun! Overall, a great night! The crowds are always well behaved and not rowdy. Great venue! I'll be back!

    They were great!

    by Jess10 on 5/1/10Bluebird Theater - Denver

They were really good! Can't beleive they aren't more well known - they will be. We had to leave early though, as they didn't come out until after 9:30... that was a bummer.
