The grappling matches featuring kids were the best! Seeing the young ones use what they've learned is inspiring. If they can do it, so can I! All the MMA Fights were great; not amateur at all.
Some of the fights were great others sucked. The grappling was really drawn out. Drinks were $9 and we saw a better fight in the stands than in the ring. We will def be going back!
This was a great card, it started with win by submission only grappling matches and finished with Mixed Martial Arts. If you're into the grappling/mma arts this is an event for you. As a retired instructor, this venue gave viewers like me a chance to see the beauty and the reality of this art for defense/combat. And even if you just enjoy a good fight this was the place you needed to be. As I looked around the arena I noticed it was nearly full so that tells me this is something to look forward to. I'll be there in June
Slow moving the quality of the fights was poor and the general visibility in the arena was ok at best.
It was a great time and the fights were good. The grappling at the beginning drags out but we were able to watch for awhile and then take a walk or gamble until the fights started. The one thing I would change would be to ask the casino to stop turning the bright yellow lights aimed at the audience on during the fights. It was easier to see with them off. They were shining right in my eyes and I needed up with a headache from squinting. This happened when I saw the fight in January as well.
Great show. !st round KO's aplenty. Lots of action on MMA card. Only problem was intermission because the fights were ending to quickly.
The grappling was lousey MMA was good. Need more MMA
I love watching MMA, UFC, etc. The 1 1/2 hours of grappling was pretty boring. In the future I would skip this part of the event and not show up until right before the real fighting is set to begin. The fights were good, although I was a bit disappointed that some fights did not take place. When this happens participants should be compensated for it. We had floor seats, good seats but extremely annoying when people in front of you are allowed to wear hats with pom Pops on them which block your view. Large hats that can obstruct someone's view should not be allowed on floor seats. I would most likely watch this type of event again.
Weren't the best fights! My sons wrestling tournaments are more fun to watch and much more talent in some cases. I know there's a lot of amateur fights but some of them had no business being there. It was my 3rd time going and last. Better off buying bellator tickets in my opinion.
Let me start by saying I was on my seat the whole time at the fights!! The crowd was cheering on the hometown fighter Johnny , and that fight was great. I have been to Reality fighting, Bellator fighting and UFC, AND all of the fights were great. Mohegan Sun is the place to be if you want fast paced fighting!!! TY TY !!!!
We had great seats in the lower section two rows off the floor and will be sure to get similar seats the next time. The fights were great and we will be back for sure
Good fights, moved right along with just enough time between fights. The ring girls were a show within a show with their personalities.

I was very disappointed with the event. The fights were so short, as a result of poor matches. I am a huge fan of MMA and came a long way to see this event. I have seen the UFC before and was impressed. I watch MMA very often, but this was such a large disappointment. The main problem was the selection of fighters. They all seemed to be in the lighter weight classes. Furthermore, the level of skill between fighters was far to great to have a sustained and competitive fight. The best fight of the evening was actually the womens matchup... Lastly, no hitting to the head while down really limits the action on the mat - very disappointing... I will wait for a UFC event next time..
The seats were excellent, we could see everything except when they were on the other side of the ring behind the posts. Then we could look up at the monitors and see what was happening. The fighters were great and put on a great show. The only disappointment was the build up of the final fight and it was over in the first round within a couple of min.
Fights were sloppy. They need to bow in and bow out when they enter and exit the mat. The two feature fights, the oponents were lucky. Their technique was undefined. Looked like the staff did not know how to revive the TKO person properly.
Such a fun night was had. Never have been to one of these live. Got to see a few good knockouts, it was intense!!

If your into seeing local talent this id your event. Expected to see more action, overall not s bad night.
