Royals hockey is always a super fun time. A great value, family friendly and there’s not a bad seat! I go 4-5 times a season.
Awesome seats, easy venue to attend, loved the whole process.
Not a fan of the Royals (went to support the Growlers), but this team is offering a high quality minor hockey league experience! They clearly have an invested fan base. (I heard an eight year old female fan repeatedly request that an opposing player be laid on his posterior.) Concessions are great. They throw pucks like manics during the second intermission as the lion mascot does ice donuts on a child's motorized truck. This is what you are supposed to get going to a minor league event, and the Royals ownership is keeping their end of the bargain. A fun evening that was well worth the price of admission.
There are a lot of sporting events in the area you can attend. You will not find fun like you do at the Reading Royals! For the low price, the food is amazing, the Santander Arena Staff and Royals Staff is great! And the vibe is remarkable!! If you love hockey, this is your spot!
Great seats, two super games. A great weekend of hockey
Great venue to see hockey. Parking is easy and safe. My wife and I had a blast, and plan to do this again. It was a great game and the team gained a hard fought win in game one. Thanks Royals and Arena staff for a great time!!!!
Everyone there is very helpful & seating is easily accessible. Refreshments are "reasonably" priced, too. They always have fun activities going on during intermissions.
It’s always a fun night going to a royals game. Great atmosphere, food. We’re thinking of becoming season ticket holders too!!
Newcomer to minor league hockey in PA. Live between Royals and Bears. Royals staff much more friendly and accommodating. Arena is a bit on smaller side to what I am used to having been an Amerks fan in Rochester. Yes I am aware that it is the ECL and not AHL. Overall seats were good. Players were fun to watch. Getting 1/2 off on tix was wonderful. Going to get partial season plans once I decide on which team.
If you haven't gone, GO! Even if you don't love hockey. The Royals put on an entertaining product n a family atmosphere. It is fun experience. The arena has great food & beverage. They ffer suites for professional events. The cost is very aforable, & they have man theme night. Highly reccomend.
Our grandson loves ice hockey, and his closest team is the Reading Royals. We love to give experiences as Christmas gifts and decided to gift him a family night at Santander Arena for a Royals game. He also received new Royals gear as part of his gift. When we arrived at our son's house on game night, the entire family was decked out in Royals gear. Our grandson was purple and orange from the top of his new beanie to the horn he held in anticipation of a wild game night. The trip to the arena went quickly. Parking was easy and after a short walk, we entered the arena. The staff was excellent with the kids as we completed our digital check-in. Food and beverage lines were long. Our fault for arriving later than anticipated. We actually weren't seated at the start of the game. One thing that struck me was how even the folks in the concourse stopped, took off hats, held hands over hearts and patiently waited for the national anthem to end. (Wouldn't have happened at an NHL game. Hooray for small town USA) At the first stoppage, we made our way to our seats. Our grandson was beside himself when he realized our seats were front row at the blue line. (Another thing that wouldn't have happened for the six of us at an NHL game) The linesman even waved back at him! With the cost of tickets, parking, food and beverages, we had a blast of a family night for six for under $225. The hockey action, stoppage fun, silly chants, dancing and joyful memories were free.
What a Great experience! $2.00 parking. Clean arena. Friendly staff. Awesome hockey! It was so good my grandson (9 year old) wants to take his dad to a game.
My grandson lives for the fights but the fights were started like two 4-year-olds got mad at each other
This was the highest my family ever sat at this arena. Looking around I commented that with the size of the arena and the set up there really is no bad seat in the house for a Royal's game.
I love the Reading Royals. My wife and I went to 6 games this year. Next year we're looking at becoming season ticket holders. Go Royals!!!
The seats were awesome. The hockey game was even better.
Saturday nights at a Reading Royals game are the best. It's part concert, part game show, part food market, all the while there is a hockey game to watch. I stumbled onto the Royals this year looking for other places to attend a hockey game and we have become fans. We drive two hours to get there and have been there for about five games now.
Great time, Good game, Looking to go again. Good experience with ticketmaster
The Reading Royals hockey team is great fun for the ticket price. Everyone that works there loves the team and it shows
My daughter and I love the games here. Food is good and reasonably priced and the seats are amazing. Love it!
