RATT IN CONCERT:

With big hooks and even bigger hair, legendary LA glam rockers Ratt helped define the sound of the Sunset Strip in the '80s with guitar-driven anthems like "Round and Round." Following several reunion tours in the 2000s, Ratt released Infestation — their first new album in over 10 years — in 2010, and proved they hadn't lost any of their pomp with yet another vigorous tour. Those nostalgic for the days when guitars were literally wielded like axes take note: Ratt returned to the studio in 2013, with select tour dates and plans for an album release in 2014.

FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:

”Ratt rocked it, sounded just as great as when I saw them in the 80's! Loved every minute... Can't wait to see them again!"

"Ratt was a fun and entertaining show, bringing back the old memories of the ‘80s."

"Ratt put on a great show on Friday... I would definitely see them again when they come back around."

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

After cutting their teeth in LA's infamous early-'80s club scene, Ratt made their major label debut in 1984 with Out of the Cellar, a definitive moment of glam metal. Propelled by the dual guitar work of twin leads Robbin Crosby and Warren Demartini, the album landed at No. 7 on the Billboard 200, benefiting from extensive MTV airplay of the band's glammed up music videos. Over the years Ratt have toured extensively, sharing the stage with fellow metal icons including Mötley Crüe, Iron Maiden, and Sebastian Bach.

    Great show great venue

by Bondo on 12/25/19Penn's Peak - Jim Thorpe

Always a good time, only thing is I feel bad for the people who sit on the floor area seating and people stand in front of them. If you want to stand, go up to the stage. Some people had disabilities and couldn't stand so they got to watch the show from behind people standing and filming the concert the whole time. I'm all for a good time, but some people just can't stand.

    Worth Attending!

    by J. P. on 12/23/19The Paramount - Huntington

They were rocking, even if they weren't as agile as they were 40 years ago!

    A great night of metal

by Ripper on 12/23/19The Wellmont Theater - Montclair

Although warren, Bobby and sadly Robbin weren’t on the stage, it still sounded cool because Pearcy was singing. They played over 15 songs and my brother and I waited outside by the tour bus and got to chat with Juan for 15 minutes. What a nice guy. Completely down the earth. I took a quick selfie with Pearcy too, but he couldn’t wait to get to his waiting car.

I heard all my favorite songs. It is unfortunate that Warren De Martini was not there, but the show was great nonetheless.

Ratt gives great performance at the Paramount

by Coach on 12/22/19The Paramount - Huntington

Had a great night out at the Paramount seeing Ratt in concert. We had a great time and great seats - 201. Stephen Pearcy sounded good all the way through the last song. However, Juan Croucier, stole the show with great stage presence, vocals, and pounding bass guitar. Highly recommended. Very good venue to see a show. We had waitress service too! Concert shirts for sale at near reasonable prices of $40.

    RATT n roll

by Me on 11/6/19The Canyon Montclair - Montclair

Band sounded very good, Stephen Pearcy still rocks the leather pants, venue was totally fantastic! Everyone was happy and cool and reliving their 80s glory days. Perfect night other than my scorched hockey puck of a ribeye, but everyone else’s food didn’t suck.

    Terrible Acoustics

by BCO on 11/5/19The Canyon Montclair - Montclair

We were front row, approximately center. The lead guitar was overpowering everything except for the drums. We would not make out a word of the lyrics until the last song ("Round and Round"). Terrible mixing! That took a lot away from our ability to enjoy the concert. It may be the acoustics of the venue (The Canyon at Montclair) rather than the group. We experienced that same problem there before. Maybe we should get seats further back and try it that way. It is a shame that premium seating should detract from the experience. On the plus side, Ratt's lead guitarist, Jordan Ziff, was amazing! In his mastery of the guitar, it seemed to obey his every command. That saved the show for us (although it did not need to be so loud--especially in comparison with the other instruments and the vocals).

Still Rock'n after all these years!

    by T. H. on 11/5/19The Canyon Montclair - Montclair

No matter who surrounds Stephen Pearcy (Lead singer) of Ratt the songs are still as awesome as they were back in the day! I saw them twice in a one week span and they were great at both venues! It is so great to see these bands in a intimate setting vs. that of a large arena which was the case many years ago! To be that close to the band is amazing and the energy is off the chart! All I can say is "Keep on Rock'n Stephen and the boys" you are still a tight knit band that can bring it every night!
