About

Since beginning his comedy career in Melbourne, Australia in 2005, Randy Feltface has written and performed eight solo stand-up comedy shows, released three comedy specials, played sold out seasons in London and New York and been nominated for Best Comedy at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. He made his US television debut on NBC’s Bring The Funny in 2019 and has been invited to perform at the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal on four separate occasions.

In 2010 Randy joined forces with musical comedian Sammy J to create Ricketts Lane, which won Best Show at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and went on to become a television series of the same name, airing in 2015 on ABC TV in Australia, Seeso in the US and Netflix in the UK. Randy's role in Sammy J & Randy in Ricketts Lane earned him an AACTA Award nomination for best performer in a comedy series, the first non-human performer to be recognised in this category. He opened his most recent show Modus Operandy at the Sydney Opera House as part of the 2019 Just For Laughs Festival before shows in London, Amsterdam and an extensive North American tour. Randy’s live show is a high energy existential crisis, full of biting observations, razor sharp crowd work and rapid arm movements.

I happened to be in Sacramento for work and was lucky enough to catch Feltface with a coworker. He was great, even when he had to deal with a microphone malfunction.

It was so much fun I got to go with my family and I've loved watching Randy's videos online and when I saw he was performing close to me I just had to go. It was so much fun and I would definitely go to his show again.

Matt O'Brien opened for Randy and he killed, then Randy came on and made sure we were all crying with laughter. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time and I'll be buying tickets to see these two ANYWHERE I can!

I had a great night, the opener was pretty good. Then the show was interactive enough to appreciate how he comes up with new jokes, finally my GF ended up just crying from laughing so hard

Randy was everything I wanted him to be and then some. Put on an amazing show. The opening act was unexpected and not advertised. She was not great. Got a few small laughs out of me. Back to Randy though. Love the Randy feltface for president bit. Got a couple shirts. Will see him again if he comes back to Boston

  • Exceeded my expectations

by DL Bos on 6/8/23Rating: 5 out of 5

We weren't familiar with Randy but the reviews were favorable and up for trying something new. The opener was fantastic and Randy was too - absolutely clever, funny and delightful. It was really so much fun and I loved how personal they both tailored it to Boston. If you love to laugh and are ready to experience something new, I highly recommend Randy's show. You will not be disappointed.

  • Unexpectedly Amazing

by Eriq on 7/2/22Bowery Ballroom - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

Knew nothing about Mr. Randal J. Feltface going into the show, was there for the music act afterwards. Was pleasantly surprised and laughing for 45 minutes straight as Randy had a good blend of storytelling, ventriloquy, and timing. Highly recommend him for any show and would love to see him perform again.

  • He’s wonderful

    by O. K. on 3/26/22Rating: 5 out of 5

Absolutely incredible experience seeing Randy live. I had wanted to see him in person for 2 years when he announced his tour. Saw him in Springfield, MA and man he was amazing. I don’t think I’ve seen someone do crowd-work like Randy. The entire show was hilarious and I couldn’t stop smiling. Sweet Caroline, BUM BUM BUM!

  • Muppets who??

by Tobin on 3/3/22Rating: 5 out of 5

A brilliant form of standup comedy. It's not only intelligent but downright visceral. You forget that you're watching a stand-up and you forget that you're watching a puppet. It's a lecture a show and you leave with just a little bit more insight about life than you ever thought you would. Amazing.
