What a great show! Being musicians ourselves we really enjoyed the show. Spoke with the soundman before and during and he assured us they are really playing those instruments on stage. Amazing group of individuals. The music was spot on. If you ever get a chance to see this band live definitely go to the show! I’ll give it five stars.

  • Great Entertainment

I'm a Beatles fanatic, so this show was the best we can do these days. Excellent musicians, accurate portrayal, and 4 costume changes so true to the history. We very much enjoyed the show and would see Rain again.

  • Better than I cold ever expect!

by Robert on 4/24/24Boch Center Wang Theatre - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

First off what impressed me most was the courteous and very friendly staff at the theater. The ushers get 5 gold stars. The show was way beyond my expectations. These guys really sound like the real thing. It was uncanny. It brought me back to the 60's when I heard all these songs for the first time. I was not expecting this intense time travel. I didn't realize this show has a cult following. The family in front of us had seen it 10 times. I will definitely see this again if it returns to the Boch. My only criticism was I went to a matinee and the audience was not as lively as I expected. Maybe because of their age. Even when urged by the band members to get up and dance and clap and sing a long, they basically obeyed for half the song and then sat down. I saw only one lady, probably in her sixties like me, get up and dance up and down the aisle. It was a very enjoyable afternoon that I thought about for the rest of the day and made me want to listen to all my Beatle albums over and over again.

  • A Great Show

by Sue on 4/24/24Fox Theatre Detroit - DetroitRating: 4 out of 5

We really enjoyed Rain:A Tribute to the Beatles. The guys were energetic and fun. I liked the interaction with the audience and they sounded great. I would have liked to see footage of the actual Beatles during the different sets instead of the “actors”, but perhaps that’s a copyright issue. Also, add beards to the guys when appropriate. It would have made the last set much more realistic. John needs a better wig in that final set also.

  • Relive the band that made the 60's

From their impeccable mastering of the music and voices, video montage and audience engagement its an emotional journey. Bravo

  • Rain : A tribute to The Beatles

by Bill P. on 4/22/24Fox Theatre Detroit - DetroitRating: 5 out of 5

This was even better than I thought it would be. The Fox Theater is the perfect place for a concert. There is not a bad seat in there. Rain did an incredible job. They look like The Beatles & sound exactly like them. All of the band members did an excellent job portraying their Beatles counterpart. I think I liked "John"the best. He had the moves & the look exactly like John Lennon. This group is total perfection to the real group. This concert is a must see for any Beatles fan.

  • Music History Re-lived

by Tami on 4/22/24Embassy Theatre - Fort WayneRating: 5 out of 5

RAIN is a fabulous experience. They cover the Beatles from their arrival in the states through their infamous roof top performance. We sat in the balcony and, from a distance, you'd swear that it was really the fab four! Was blown away at how close their voices sound like Paul and John. This was my third time seeing them. Whenever they're around my area I try to get tickets. It's always a fun time!!

  • Was a wonderful time. So many memories

by Mike on 4/22/24Fox Theatre Detroit - DetroitRating: 5 out of 5

Felt like being in a time machine and going back to that Eara. The band looked very close to the real thing. But the sound of the music was so real.

  • Best Memories brought back

by Indiana Mark on 4/22/24Embassy Theatre - Fort WayneRating: 5 out of 5

Relived the best of the 60's. Rain was better than the Beatles on some of their songs. Looked like they were having fun doing the show. Loved the sets and costumes too.

  • 5 star performance, but deafening

by Lucy in the Sky on 4/22/24Fox Theatre Detroit - DetroitRating: 3 out of 5

We enjoyed every aspect of the Rain concert - the sets, the costumes, the theatre... But the musician's tremendous skills were lost due to the deafening volume the sound technicians chose. Many people around us had their fingers in their ears. We measured it at 85 decibels - true, that's typical for a rock concert, played outside! In a theatre such as the Fox, it severely detracted from our enjoyment, which is the only reason we've given it 3 stars.

  • Absolutely Awesomr

The concert was amazing. The Fox was beautiful and ushers friendly. Getting tickets was easy. Parking was convenient.

Made me remember the days when the actual Beatles were singing the songs! Loved the scenes from the 60’s forward! I sang along during the whole concert. The guys were truly awesome!

The sound, the lights, the performance were all awesome! The closest I will ever get to actually seeing the Beatles.

  • Good but not great

by Rob B. on 4/21/24Fox Theatre Detroit - DetroitRating: 3 out of 5

The sound system had an echo setting that made it look like the band was lip synching. This was my second time seeing Rain. This show seemed to miss the energy level of the first show I saw a couple years ago. It was strange that the audience sat for the entire performance except for a couple times the band asked the audience to stand.
