I was blown away by the talent! It was so nice to see them give Christ his birthday celebration! I am so proud of that show! Thank you for that Radio City!!
This is our third time seeing the Rockettes and we have enjoyed them each time. The next time they come our grandkids will be old enough to see them and we will be taking them.
The show was more than I expected. I was over whelmed.
The event is a wonderful time for children and adults alike. The program does not have an intermission and keeps everyone interested. The talent, choreography, lighting, sets, and costumes were outstanding. Prepare to be dazzled!
We took our 6 year old granddaughter and she never took her eyes off the stage. Great family show for Christmas. There was even a section of the show about the birth of Jesus, imagine that! Beautiful costumes.
I have wanted to be a Rockette for the past 30 years. I didnt become one but I loved the sow.
This was one of the best shows I have seen. The Rockettes were simply amazing. The show was just incredible! Loved every single minute of it!
Last night, I went to the performance here in Fort Wayne of the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, featuring the Rockettes. I feel it was the equivalent of New York dismantling the Statue of Liberty and putting it out on tour. These ladies and the others working with them were no less than living landmarks. The precision of their routines would put military drills to shame! I, and everyone around me, even enjoyed the spray of "snow" from cannons on the stage. I cannot emphasize enough what a great show this was and how everyone who has the chance should see it!
I really enjoyed the show, the costumes were amazing! Just wish the the show was a little longer. For the price paid I feel it should of been a longer show
The precision, and talent was what we expected of the radio city music hall. Felt like we took a quick trip back to old New York.
I took my two oldest daughters (8 & 5). Their eyes were glued to the stage and the smile never left their faces. I am sure they will never forget the experience. My husband wasn't sure if we should spend that much money on the show. But with 3 young children travelling to NYC doesn't look like a possibility for quite some time. It was great that Radio City choose to take the show on the road. I really expected the show to be a little longer than it was. But it actually was a good length for my 5 year old. Starting at 7pm is a little late for small school aged children. An 4:30/ 5:00/ 6:00 pm mattinee would have been idle for a week night.
It was a great show. I would go back again and bring my niece and granddaughter, they would love it. I hope they come back again in the future. If you get a chance to go, don't hesitate.
Excellent show from start to finish. I hope they come back next year to Ft. Wayne.
I took my kids: 4 year old girl and 7 year old boy. They both loved it. It's a fantastic production! I'd go again every year.
Radio City Christmas Spectacular was indeed spectacular! Better than I had hoped it to be!
Felt like we were at the New York show. True Christmas show with classic songs. The costumes, scenery and backdrops were fabulous and unique. The sound system worked well. LOTS and LOTS of dancing--of course the Rockettes are dancers. Most dances were accompanied by troupe singers. My friend noted that quite a few of the Rockettes were getting a little 'long in the tooth' but they still 'kicked in high form' right along with their younger counterparts. We had wonderful seats a half dozen rows from the stage and not much escaped our notice. I don't think it was worth the $71.50 plus each paid for our tickets but that can be said about most events these days. My 23 year old daughter attended with me and my friend. She was not overly excited about the show in general. Performance lasted 90 minutes. Most of the crowd seemed to be about age 40 plus. Some older children might appreciate the show but for the most part this is not a show for very young children.
I've wanted to see the Radio City Rockettes ever since I was little and they did not dissappoint! It did seem a bit short for the price of a ticket but overall I would see them again.
The Rockettes were totally awesome, beyond all expectations! Everything was perfect:: handicap access, ushers assistance, seating, dancers, special effects, orchestra. This is one item now off the bucket lists of four old ladies....
That was an incredible show!! Costumes beautiful.....variety....great for kids and Grandparents and everyone in between!!!
What a wonderful family night - a great way to kick off the holidays! We enjoyed every bit of the show!!!
