This was the absolute WORST show ever! She clearly was experiencing some type of mind altering something I can’t formulate into words because it wouldn’t be nice. The show ended abruptly, with a total of about 4 songs sang. I will not be attending her show next time she comes to Michigan unless there is a complimentary ticket involved for her redemption. Completely disappointed, unsatisfactory show to say the least!
I was very disappointed in her performance, and I have seen her several times in the past. She was phenomenal then, but this was unacceptable and she appeared to be not herself or fit to execute a stellar performance.
My first time seeing her in concert. She literally sang 4 songs which lasted approximately 20 min each!! Bizarre dancing, did not dress for entertaining an audience which confused me because I know her to be jazzy, soulful. Her vocals were still good. People were walking out. I left with my mouth open. I was just confused. I won't see her again.
Initially, I was excite to see this new expression of Rachelle Ferrell. However, after 45 minutes into the concerts, I was disappointed because it looked like she had turned into a human instrument and not longer sings the songs that I've grown to love. I guess everyone needs to evolve; whether good or bad. Spent $120 for seats and it didn't feel like I had been to a concert at all. She performed for one hour and fifteen minutes. I love Rachelle Ferrell, but I'll be downloading her music, instead of going to see her in concert. Never Again!
She came out did a crazy dance to 10 minutes, sat at the piano made ape sounds, and never sang one song. Gave the band members a solo. The grabbed her purse and pimped out.
Until Rachelle gets her act together, I don't recommend going to see her perform. I love this woman but clearly there's something wrong with her.
Worst concert and disregard for fans I've ever seen from an artist. She didn't sing 1 whole song. All ad-libs, scatting, mixed with weird sounds, chants and horrific dancing! How does she NOT sing "Open Arms" or "Nothing Has Ever Felt Like This"?!
By far the worst performance ever!!!! I have seen Ms Rachelle Ferrell several times before and have been a fan for years!!! This concert was so disappointing and even confusing as to what it was..... she didn’t perform 1 song and mostly danced all night.....the audience was left stunned!!!
On Wednesday August 29th, Rachelle Ferrell's performance was HORRIBLE! It appeared she was very high and all over the place. She kicked a chair on stage. She kept making weird animal noises. She stated during her performance that she wasn't doing any singing, and if we didn't like it that it was too bad!!! I WANT A FULL REFUND!!! How dare she come to Detroit with that FOOLISHNESS!!!
The concert was very disappointing. She never sang a song, and appeared unaware of her actions. I honestly want my money back for my wasted time.
Rachelle did not sing a single one of her popular soulful ballads which is what everyone came to here. The show was mostly a jam session with her scatting and talking. My wife commented that she looked like she just woke up and realized she had a concert to perform. People began leaving after 30 minutes. We ultimately left before the show ended as well. Very disappointing from someone with such a great voice and talent. She played nothing from the first album that everybody loved. Shame! After this and last year's performance I can definitely say we won't be buying tickets to another one of her concerts. You gotta give the people what they want for their hard earned money and Rachelle doesn't seem to be interested in doing that.
So saddened by MsFerrells preformance she is crying for some emotional help. God please keep her well and heal her soul.
This was my first time seeing her in concert and it was utterly ridiculous to say the least!!!!! Myself and my fiancé took off work to see her in concert and was looking forward to date night. I could not believe the performance went all the way left from the introduction. I want and feels as though I deserve a full refund from that dreadful so called performance that I along with others got up and left!
The show was terrible I want my money back . It was more like an aerobics class display with all the jumping around and she never sang any of her music. It sounded more like vocal lessons as she never sang words. I thought she was a class act but I was very disappointed. Perhaps she was under the influence of something, at least that’s what the majority of the audience thought . It’s no doubt the girl can sing and that’s what I paid to see but it never happened and at this point I doubt I would even go to a free concert to see her. Sad because she was one of my favorite vocalists if not the favorite!

Rachelle has talent with a beautiful voice to match. I’m sadden to say, her show was HORRIFYING. She appeared intoxicated. She was acting out of character! I didn’t recognize any songs she performed because she didn’t perform ANY! Her band was really nice and just played along with her rant. I hope she seeks help soon and get her life on track. Sad day in Detroit because, we really love her.
I looked forward to this performance all season. Heard from others I was in for a treat. Instead I have as very disappointed with the performance.
I was VERY Disappointed I purchased 6 tickets and it was a waste of money and time I had to come home to hear at least one song from her because she was in a world of her own Not happy at all Wanted my money back that's not what I went for
I wasn't happy with the performance on August 29th at Chene Park. We all go through high and low points in our lives. Rachelle, I wish you Godspeed. Hoping the best for you. Blessings
