I have been wanting to see this band for a while. And finally did. The show in Big Bear was fabulous! You will not be disappointed if you make it to a performance. The band members are so down to earth and friendly. I took the whole family to the show. My 12 year old son got to meet the lead guitarist after the show and he gave him a guitar pick. That really made his day. I look forward to seeing them again soon. I really hope they play at a daytime show in So. Cal soon.
I didn't care for our seats on the floor up against the wall. So I was uncomfortable. The music didn't take me to my happy place of interaction. We actually left and sat in the lobby where we could hear and breathe. Other patrons seemed to enjoy immensely, which is important for venue and the band itself. Long line of souvenirs shoppers who totally loved what they experienced.
First time seeing Queen Nation and they were really great. Vocals excellent and the "Brian May"guitar sound was just perfect. Will go again
The band was very talented but the show lacked a lot of stage presence and sound. It wasn’t loud enough and they didn’t have any special lighting or smoke until about halfway through the show. Very lackluster to start off. I was actually apologizing to my friends who I talked in to coming when the show started. It got better, but needed some work. They could do a lot more with that show with the talent of they have.
Queen Nation has really masted the Queen catalog, and performs these numbers with great talent and heart. It was a great show.
I know you can’t cover everything, but I was left wanting songs from Innuendo and Who Wants to Live Forever. Venue seats are very small, I feel more comfortable in coach on an airplane and I’m not an overly large person.
Have seen many cover bands as queen on the recent tour. was so not impressed with this cover band unfortunately. The main singer was talented in many ways, but felt he was trying to carry the entire show and it unfortunately failed. Wanted to be energized, singing along more and up and dancing, but that never happened as the crowd did not get into it. The choice of songs was not great and only approved towards the end of the show unfortunately, cannot be recommending this particular, cover band or interested in seeing them again. The venue was great, and I would love to return to see other shows there.
They are the very best Queen tribute band! Do not miss a chance to see them, you won't be disappointed!
We enjoyed the band: lots of energy. However the audio in the venue (The Hanger at Orange County Fairgrounds) was very poor. The sound outside the venue was much better than inside.
We go see them every year wherever they are in Southern California. They put on an awesome show every time. I wish they played more often. They never disappoint. If you have a chance, go see them, you will be glad you did.
Queen Nation did not disappoint. Excellent show! Amazing recreation of a Queen concert. Would definitely see them again.
Great concert!!! Played songs I love that you seldom hear. Definitely will see them again!
They captured the best of Queen. This band doe justice to the music of Queen.
Queen Nation puts on a great show. Talented musicians and very professional. I have seen them four times over recent years. I find it disappointing that they play a very similar setlist that is full of the pop songs that entertains the causal Queen fan (Radio Ga Ga, Another One Bites the Dust, Fat Bottom Girls, Bicycle Race, Crazy Little Thing Called Love). When they do play a rocker deep cut, most of the audience has no idea (Stone Cold Crazy, Keep Yourself Alive). There are so many songs that never are played both ballads and rockers. They play to the causal fan, which I understand. I will not see Queen Nation again. So I rate 4 stars, for the causal fan will love them.
First time ever seeing this band and was most definitely impressed. Great show !!!! Was a great time !!!! Saw the real deal back in the day and Queen nation was right up there with them !
The closest thing you can get to a real Queen performance. Everyone in the band is great.
People couldn't get their mobile tickets to scan. So, there was a lot of yelling and delays at the entrances. The sound system was terrible. And, people were hanging out in the restrooms just to escape the ear-piercing noise. The folding chairs were tightly fastened together. And,, there was no space at all between the seats. Not even an inch. All in all a miserable experience.
Outstanding performance, extremely, entertaining, energetic, on que as Freddy. This was a gift to my boyfriend he absolutely loved the performance. Thanked me but I thank you.
Queen Nation was a very good quality show, all the performers were talented & high energy. Waiting to see it again next year!!!
