The Punch 4 Parkinson’s event at Big Night Live was awesome. Great fights for a great cause! , Amazing violinist, beautiful venue and great seats! What a wonderful night and lots of money raised for fighting against a horrible disease.
The whole experience, from purchasing the tickets to buying the $12 bud lights and $15 Stella's was a complete and total money grab! The general admission tickets were almost $200, and the seated tickets were far more. There was a 30-40 minute "intermission" after the 10th or 11th fight... a longer halftime than the superbowl. Who they were giving a rest to, i dont know, but i assume the long intermission was to squeeze a bit more bar revenue out of bored to death patrons. My friend was fighting so i went to support him. Event schedule, music talent, ticketmaster, venue all get 1 star, this event sucked
