Since his 2010 debut, Dominican American crooner Prince Royce has become a permanent fixture at the top of the Billboard Tropical and Latin charts. His third studio album, 2013’s chart-topping Soy El Mismo, blends bachata and mariachi elements with sleek R&B-inspired production to dazzling effect, as featured on lead single “Darte un Beso” and the Selena Gomez-featured “Already Missing You.” Born in 1989 in the Bronx, Royce started writing songs in his early teens, ultimately settling on bachata, an Afro Latino style of music popularized in the Dominican Republic, as his genre of choice. His self-titled 2010 debut and 2012 follow-up Phase II were both hugely successful, earning him Latin Grammy nominations for Best Tropical Album and Best Tropical Fusion album respectively. On tour in 2013, Prince Royce has been wowing ticket buyers with his refreshing modern take on classic genres, earning him a reputation as one of Latin music’s best live concerts.
I loved it so much so happy to finally see him again after 5 years. Since COVID ruined the Alter Ego tour and I wasn’t able to go anymore ! So this tour was worth the wait !!!I love him so much really grew up listening to his music ! I’m so proud of how much he has grown and the person he has turned into!
Got great seats towards the front. Loved that he threw a lot of things at the fans (roses, his sunglasses, handed out drinks). He also came off of stage to get close to the crowd. After the show, people waited outside the building for him to come out which he did! He took selfies and gave autgraphs. I love that Prince Royce took that one extra step to make 10-1-2022 an unforgettable night for all of us!
The seats were awesome. The concert itself was fantastic.
United palace was an easy in and an easy out after the concert and that was definitely a plus. Prince Royce was just great.

First, let's get the show itself out of the way. Prince Royce was fantastic! He's a great entertainer, and his interactions with the crowd, his moves, and his overall performance made for a fun and very entertaining show. I would happily go see him perform again, but hopefully at a different venue. The United Palace building is a beautiful theater, and is one of those historic venues everyone should experience. However, the experience itself aside from Royce's performance left a lot to be desired. First, the show was billed as starting at 8, and as a result, we crammed in a quick dinner so we could be at the venue in time to get yhrough security, etc. without being late. We got to our seats about 15 minutes before the posted show time, and waited. And waited. At about 830, I asked an usher if there was a delay or issue, and they told me that the show wasnt supposed to start until 9. That would have been very helpful to know ahead of time so rushing through dinner could have been avoided. Also, most of the concessions/bar areas at the venue were cash only for this show. Again, this would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could have planned for that. Or perhaps the venue's vendors could join the modern era and accept something other than cash. Overall, it was a great show but a mediocre surrounding experience.

Prince royce puts on an excellent show. But i took off two stars bc of the balcony seats at united palace. If you sit at the balcony section in the back rolls be ready to not see him. Bc everyone struggled to see him bc everyone was standing up. The sound wasnt always great in that section. Prince Royce on the other hand sings live and is very energetic. He isn’t the problem. The problem is the venue. Please put him in the HUlU theater at MSG next time. I paid to SEE him guess what I want to SEE and hear him clearly. No matter where I’m sitting.

I have been the biggest fan of Prince Royce since I was 16, 12 years later and still fan girl over him. Such a great time, the staff at the venue were very kind and humble, super sweet people. I enjoy the venue, it was small and intimate. The show was great, can't wait to see him again when he comes back to NY.

I loved his performance. He was truly amazing!!!!! My problem was with the venue. First, they had a food vendor overcharging for the worst empapadas I’ve ever had in my life. They didn’t even add salt to the meat. It was truly disgusting. Then when I got to my seat, there was a swirl hangin from the ceiling that obscured my full vision. There was no real purpose for that hanging display and if it did serve a purpose, it should have been placed higher up and away from the guest view. I will never book another concert held at United Palace. All night I was only able to see half of Prince Royce but Lawd did I love that half I saw. ☺️

The show started late. The sound quality was terrible. You couldn't hear Prince Royce sing or talk.
Royce is just my favorite. This was my first time going to one of his concerts and I absolutely loved it! I love his energy and the love that he shows us, his fans. I can’t wait for him to go on tour again! I’ll be the first one to go!!! 🤩🤩🤩
I will blame on this venue for bad acoustics!!!!! I love Prince Royce and his songs! But was pretty hard to understand a single word coming out of his mouth. This theater has seats positioned too close to walls and that’s the only explanation I found for such a bad experience!!! I think the sound reflection bounces off the walls and makes almost impossible to distinguish any sound. Was so bad that I left after an hour of concert! Couldn’t handle anymore!!!!!!! I’ll never go back to United Palace again!! Not even for free!!!!!!!!
