Awesome experience I have been several years prior and haven’t got many more giveaways however I know me arriving an hour late had a little impact on that enjoyed all the performances an awesome experience
I love music. I especially love Gospel Music. So, I was in my element. However, the venue was not prepared for this crowd of people. Where should I begin? PARKING: It all began with the parking. The parking situation was a feasco. Totally not planned and totally not organized. Whomever is in charge of the parking really needs to go back to the drawing board and figure out something else. Although you opened the parking up at 1:30pm, people who were in the line to get in to park at that time didn't make it in time to see the start of the concert. Most importantly, Accessible parkers should always have first parking privilege. No one should ever tell anyone with a handicap parking pass, "oh well, all those spaces are taken, you'll have to park way back here" - then not even offer to ride them on the golf cart to the entrance!!! SHAME-SHAME..😱 ENTRANCE: There needs to be clear instructions as to where people should enter. There were signs posted for people who had purchased the so-called FAST LANE tickets, which by the way was a rip-off because it wasn't moving any faster than the other lanes, but there were no signs for general admission. The entrance lanes should be clearly marked and there should be someone posted there to let.people.know where to go. SEATING: I chose the perfect SEAT! And staff that was there to help people find their seats were doing a great job. But they were very under-staffed. FOOD: Ummm..they weren't prepared for the crowd by any means. Why offer MOBILE EXPRESS ORDERING but we still have to stand in line for OVER an hour to get your food? ONLINE INFORMATION: Please have someone go online and update the online information for every event. All events are not the same. And if you're going to let patrons bring in their empty water bottles, can you have something for us to put in them,'please? This is posted on the website: "Water coolers are located at Guest Services Presented by Allianz in the West Plaza" but they were no where to be found. 🤷🏽♀️ Health & Safety Guidelines: I saw this on the website: "Fully vaccinated individuals are not required to wear a face covering." There is no SOCIAL DISTANCING. People falsify their information. So, EVERYONE SHOULD BE WEARING A MASK!! I have a lot more to tell you but I'm tired now. You should get it by now: the Cellairis Amphitheater needs a restructuring.
We missed the 1st part of the concert due to the disorganized parking to the event,the main parking lot was not open. People had to walk miles to and from their cars I would like to have some of my $ back I had a good mind to turn around and go back home
First - the venue was well great. The staff was friendly and everything was well organized. The seating was good and I LOVED the fans they had to keep the place cool. Now to the event - BEST CONCERT EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! Kierra and friends were absolutely amazing. I was blown away. Nothing more to say.
The event was well organized. The concert started promptly as scheduled. All of the performers Exceeded my expectations. Being able to attend was such a blessing. I'm looking forward to next year.
We never made it into the concert. We got to Gate #2 at 2pm. At that gate, we was instructed to go to Gate#4. The car lines to go into the theater were not moving. Finally after 2 1/2 hours we turned around and left. It was literally a nightmare. So disorganized. I will never ever again go to this theater again. So disappointed and disgusted.
The concert was great, but with no one directing traffic into the parking lot, it took almost 2 hours to park; this was ridiculous. We missed some of the performances. Also, there was a 2 hour wait to get food, not enough vendors or workers. Not sure who was responsible but they should be held accountable.
This was my first praise in park experience, it was an amazing!
Beginning to end....excellent for my first concert!!!!
The concert was great but the food lines were very bad. I was in line for 2 hrs to get 2 items a drink and fries. I missed 2 hrs of the concert. I was very upset!! I may not attend any other event at that location. I was very disappointed. It would be great if customers could bring a snack with them. Thank you

Concert was good, once we got into the park. The problem was the line for parking. We arrived at Lakewood at 2:20pm and did not get into the parking lot until 3:40pm. Needless to say, we were highly upset that it took that long to get into the parking lot.
The direction of traffic was horrible needs improvement definitely. We missed Cece Winans & Isreal Houghton two people I was looking forward to hearing.
I wish the parking would have been free/cheap. The ending time would have been helpful. Please don't use this venue again. Let's go back to downtown for this event.
I had so much fun! Everyone who performed was amazing I was able to dance, sing, cry and SHOUT! The best praise in the park experience. & Kierra (KIYONCE) was AWESOME, the live recording was phenomenal! You just had to be there! I can’t wait for the album! 👏🏽💜
First I prepaid for parking and arrived in plenty of time to see the first act. My ticket said to go to gate 1 to park. There was no gate 1 ( with the address) road around in circle for 45 minute. I finally found an officer to direct me where to go. So I missed the first 3 acts. Than I went to get my friend some food she Diabetic because this venue you can bring anything inside.I got in the line at 530pm and did not get my food till 730pm. I saw very little of the concert .

From start to finish this was a great well ran event!!! I am sooooo happy I got the chance to attend again and look forward to next year!
Praise in the park was truly amazing this year..All the performers had me on my feet the whole time..This was not a concert,this was a praise and worship service
