We really enjoyed the show. Getting the light up necklaces at the entrance was a nice touch. Unfortunately, pit bull didn’t perform, and it was discovered at the entrance. That was disappointing. However, all the other performers were great! We loved AJR.
Each performance was great. Each artist had equal time and the transition between acts went seamlessly
We were not told Pitbull would not be there until we were in lune to go into the arena
I really bought the tickets to see PitBull who did not show up. I consider it false advertising. So he tweeted 2.5 hours prior to concert nonsense about equipment not arriving. In this day of technology he could have piped in music borrowed a microphone and made the best of it. Shame on him for not being professional and honoring his contract. I would not invite him to my venue as he does not honor contracts. Very disappointed 😩🤬

I truly enjoyed everything about this night! It was a first time Jingle Ball experience but I will make this an annual for sure! The venue was clean, staff was super friendly & the event felt safe!
First time ever going to a multi artist event like this and I loved every minute of it!!! Especially Ava Max!!! Let the audience guess who will come on next as a cool game while waiting! Lol that would be soo fun next time!!!
It was a great experience. Everything helped to bring me so much joy. I have had seberal losses this year. It was great to be out and have clean fun and a lasting memory
the artists were great, but sitting at the top of the arena is terrible because of the echoing. can’t tell what people are saying because it echoes back the next second on top of what they’re saying. great artists tho and helpful employees 7/10
This was such a wonderful concert! I got to see some great performers I wasn’t to finials with and fall inlove with some amazing songs. But the absolute best was FINALLY the Jonas brothers!!!! They were everything 💜
I loved it! Ive been a fan of Why Dont We since the beginning, and it was a dream to hear What Am I live, since it has quickly become one of my favorites! Thanks Jingle Ball!
I think more places to buy merchandise were needed. We weren’t able to buy a shirt because the lines upstairs and downstairs were way too long. We were there when the doors opened but didn’t want to miss any of the show by standing in line.
Best concert! Will definitely be going next year!!!

A few years ago Jingle ball 2017 was fantastic. The lineup was Zedd, Camilla Cabello, Logic, nick jonas, demi lovato, charlie puth, liam payne, julia michaels, fifth harmony and more. Great artists and it was a great show, 10 artists total. The energy the whole time was high, most people never sat down (except during fifth harmonies set). 2018 had 6 artists, not as great. This year? 6 artists again, Jonas Brothers was the highlight, Niall Horan and Khalid were good, but other than that it was blah. Most people sat the whole time except when the Jonas Brother came out. I just wish the vibe was a good as 2017.
all of the staff at the venue were so nice and helpful and the show was absolutely incredible!! i’ve been wanting to see niall and lewis and the jonas brothers for so long and it was great!!
The lineup was incredible! I’m still mind blown that I actually saw Niall Horan in person! The Jonas Brothers killed it and OMG, Khalid!!!!! I am a huge fan after the show he put on at Jingle Ball! I absolutely loved the entire night and my 13 year old had the most amazing FIRST ever concert experience!!
It was such a fun night!!! From the moment we where standing in line to the end of the show. Getting in to the arena was quick. The performers were amazing!!!
I really enjoyed the concert, BUT Lewis Capaldi was the main reason my daughter and I traveled to Atlanta. His playlist was 3 songs. This was considerably less than the other performers. I feel disappointed his music wasn’t featured equally.
