    Fifty Fifty.

by Justfeedup on 4/18/11Hara Arena - Dayton

I say it was fifty, fifty, because fifty percent of it was good and fifty percent of it really sucked. I hope they make some major improvement, or it will be the last time I take my eight kids to see the Picadilly Circus.

Wasnt worth the $40 I paid for one ticket!

by Karinkeith on 4/18/11Hara Arena - Dayton

Dingy, low quality. Very disappointed. One dog, one elephant, snake and a lemur. Not exactly a circus.

    Pricey... but fun.

    by DenDen82 on 4/18/11Hara Arena - Dayton

First off, this was my girlfriend's first time to a circus, and she wasn't disappointed. So good job there. Us and our two kids went to Friday night's show, and for the most part it was very entertaining. The kids enjoyed it, with the exception of the "cannon" sound effects that startled our ten-year-old; he has severe problems with loud noises, and it didn't help that it was done 5 times unexpectedly. Outside of that, my only gripe would be the prices. I'm not a business major, but as the saying goes "you catch more flies with honey." I think more people would have signed up for the elephant ride if the deal was sweeter and they didn't have to drop $10 a kid. Seriously, the whole ride is less than 2 minutes. But, I guess that's the recoup for offering free kids tickets, and a free adult ticket. I know, everybody's got to make money. But, $5.00 for cotton candy? Okay, I'm done griping. It was fun, and I'd come again... prepared to pay up.

It was a one ring circus, literally, but was entertaining and fun for the kids. I would recommend it to friends with young kids as a nice family event.

    Picadilly Circus was amazing!

by Elajar on 4/17/11Hara Arena - Dayton

We had a great time. The kids and I got to ride Tiny the elephant which was an unforgettable experience. Everyone was so nice and friendly. They put on an outstanding show.

I could have paid just a little more and saw a ten times better circus. The only memorable part of this cicus was the boxing kangaroo. The kangaroo seemed to get a little out of control when boxing and they had to pull him off of someone. This circus was way over priced for the show you get!

    circus ok; venue a dud

by showlvr on 4/10/11Hampton University Convocation Center - Hampton

picadilly circus is a small show, but was a great pick for my 2 small children as a first circus experience. the circus folks were unfailingly polite and friendly. we enjoyed the show and our interaction with them. it would have been helpful for them to have a program or some way to let people know that animal rides and photos would be available(hint-try your web site, guys!). however, as a whole things were unorganized at best. my first visit to this venue-there were no signs to direct anyone as to "box office", "will call", "show entrance". consequently there were A LOT of confused people getting in and out of line trying to find their appropriate places with patrons trying to help each other as there seemed to be no event staff to "direct traffic" or answer questions. this center could take some lessons about crowd direction from "the ted"(in norfolk), SCOPE, or hampton coliseum where we never experiened this. in short- i would recommend this show, but not this venue without some improvement.

What happened to the REAL circus???

    by kay57 on 4/8/11MassMutual Center - Springfield

I would not go back to this horrible version of what a circus shoud be. There wasnt even a ring master! The layout of the circus was only half the size of the floor. The acts were boring and dont compare to the Ringling Bro's circus...My family and I left ealry...If you have a few extra bucks and time, go see it but done expect too much.

    Picadilly was a rip off!

by DMDT on 4/8/11MassMutual Center - Springfield

The 4:30 pm program was 45 minutes late starting and we could not help but wonder if it was to give those selling products, rides, etc., more time. We were told by one person it was "the building" and a second "circus union or something". Many people were waiting in the lobby when it finally started. Intermission was more selling - face painting, photos, rides, etc. The program itself was only fair. Motorcycle performance, clowns and elephant the best. Rest was very poor. The music was very amateurish - sounded like someone was ripping the arm off an old record between the songs. The only positive thing was that the childrens' tickets were free.

Circus was fun. Good for the price because we used the buy one get one free from the website. If we had to pay full price, it would not have been worth it. More animals would be great. The acrobats were the best and the clowns were hilarious.

    Not impressed

by Dad757 on 4/4/11Hampton University Convocation Center - Hampton

I found this circus to be very dissapointing. I laughed maybe 2 -3 times, and was not impressed with much of the acts. The elephant was probably the best. The 4 kids I took to the circus thought it was lame also. I hope I remember not to go to this circus again.

Picadilly Circus was Entertaining but expensive

by ACircusFan2 on 4/4/11Hampton University Convocation Center - Hampton

The event itself was entertaining; however the cost of the vendor memorabilia and the snack food was a bit too costly. Snow cone $5, Cotton Candy $5, Popcorn $5, Light up swords $12-$15, plastic balloon animals $$8-10. Also, cash only for all vendors. They did however mention there was an ATM close by inside the facility.

    Picadilly circus

by Barkleefan on 4/4/11Hampton University Convocation Center - Hampton

The tickets are overpriced for what you get. Not to mention, the elephant ride being $10.00 is overpriced. The best part of the show was the kangaroo. There were no animal shows except for the elephant.

    Piccadilly was awesome!

    Could be better

by Londino on 3/30/11The Cabarrus Arena and Events Center - Concord

This circus was somewhat entertaining. But the cost of this circus was not worth the money. The elephant trick, kangaroo showdown, and motorpad acts kept you entertained. The lady over the pony ride had a bad attitude and didn't seem happy. Overall, it a decent circus but I would not return again unless there are better acts added. When people go to a circus they have to be entertained the whole time. Too many dead spots.

    More animals needed

by Sunnyabuela on 3/29/11Winston-Salem Entertainment Sports Complex - Winston-Salem

My grandkids were disappointed they did not see tigers. They loved and rode the elephant. More animals are needed.

    Nice event

by hotsexysweetmama on 3/18/11USA Mitchell Center - Mobile

It was a pretty entertaining show, but I expected more animals or a few animals to be in the show. I also thought a lot of the stuff was overpriced, but other than that it was a good show.

    Over priced - ripoff

by Anonymous on 3/8/11Ocean Center - Daytona Beach

We went to this because we had B1G1 and kids were free, but it still cost us over $45.00. Then once you got in everthing cost $5 to $10!! At "intermission" we thought the show was over then realized it was just another chance for them to seperate you from your money!! I wouldn't recommond this to anyone. I was not even worth the $5 we had to pay for parking!!
