About

Welcome to a musical duel between two highly talented, competitive pianists, ANDREAS KERN vs. PAUL CIBIS. After sold-out concerts in Europe, the United State, and Asia, here is the Australian premiere now! This is the piano concert beyond traditions and imaginations entertaining and pleasing to the ear, the eye, and the mind.

Phenomenal pianists Andreas Kern and Paul Cibis will go head-to-head on stage, charming and enchanting audiences with a variety of classical pieces by Chopin, Liszt, and Debussy. The two artists will even spontaneously improvise tunes requested by the audience. At the end of each round, all members of the audience are invited to vote on the duo’s performances.

All based on your decisions: who will earn your vote and win the battle? Let's crown the winner together!!

    Hoping they return next year

by Alicia S on 4/13/23Sandler Center For The Performing Arts - Virginia Beach

What a talented pair of performers. My 13 year old daughter and I went together and couldn't stop talking about what amazing pianists we had the privilege of seeing live. I will see them every time they come to Virginia Beach and I would travel to see them as well.

    Talent and schmaltz

by Nancy on 4/13/23Sandler Center For The Performing Arts - Virginia Beach

Outstanding pianists, clever selection of music, loved the overlay of a pop song over a classical piece. The competition and ping pong piece seemed contrived but overall the evening was very enjoyable.

What talented men, loved the voting and the pianos being pushed forward as votes came in. Loved their sense of humor and the talent they had was amazing. Our first time going to a show like this and we LOVED it. Look forward to next time.

    Amazing musicians and very humorous

by E. S. on 1/29/20Amaturo Theater at Broward Center - Ft Lauderdale

The only thing I would suggest is that they have a video showing them hand movements as the play. It would be really amazing to be able to see them actually playing like you see at some concerts.
