The lead 3 characters had excellent voices! The phantom lead had a great range from romantic to the sinister booming phantom voice. I was amazed by the scenery and its many changes during the performance.
This was the best show Ive seen!!!! The voices amazing and the entire show could not have been better. This was a Christmas gift for my fiance, and we were just in awe at this show.
I'll begin by saying that i've not seen another production of Phantom of the Opera before this one. So the only reference point I have is the 2004 movie. This show was fantastic. Really well done. I've heard other people say that it's rushed and too much is cut out making the story too hard to understand. I don't agree. the effects were spectatular and the performances were top notch. I went with some family members who have seen about 6 different productions on stage and one thought this was the best by far and the other said that it would be his second favorite bested only by a performance in Mexico City and mostly because he was extremely impressed with the quality of the language translation. both said they thought very little was missing other than the obvious intermission. this show was the perfect way to spend time during a weekend in Vegas. i would most definetly go see it again!
Phanton was a great show and must see for all. wow is all i can say
I loved this rendition of the Phantom. I have seen the phantom in Dallas and the movie, but the theater makes the difference. I felt like I was part of the play! The cast was great, but the phantom seemed more spastic than sexy and the voices didn't carry as well as I might have wished. However, the ushers were super and upgraded our seats. I want to go again and take my daughter! Definitely worth the time and money.
We went to the Will Call booth since we never got our tickets in the mail and were upgraded to the fifth row in golden circle. The chandelier was behind us. Although I don't think there are any bad seats in this theater, the best ones are probably towards the back of golden circle. The performance itself was absolutely first class. The effects are brilliant. I will definitely come back to see it the next time I am in Vegas.
We arrived and had seats on the first row of the balcony. What a great spot to view the show. The show was wonderful....great voices, remarkable scenery and the voices were absolutely spot on. You never knew where the Phantom would show up! We would definately recommend this to a friend.
I suppose many would have enjoyed this production however I didn't care for it. It ceased being entertaining for me about a third of the way through, possibly because I could not make out the words of dialogue being sung and therefore had to pretty much guess at what was transpiring throughout. The orchestra was very good and the staging was ornate and elaborate. I had a front row seat so perhaps if I were sitting further back the clarity of the voices would have been easier to understand. While I generally enjoy musical theater, I am not an opera fan to begin with, so my disenchantment may be partially a result of my own preferences in music styles.
Everything was great, the music, the scene, the people....go!
Phantom in NYC is spectacular, but LV has improved scenarios and is better.
Just one word........."FANTASTIC" !!! I would go again and tell all friends, relatives and even people I don't know but are going to Vegas to go see this. Well worth the price.
I was a little apprehensive taking my husband and two boys (10 and 12). After all, it is a musical. I was so moved by the whole performance that I even cried at certain points. However, I was shocked at my husband and kids reactions. They thoroughly loved the show. My boys said that was one of the best shows they have seen in their whole lives. And they loved the music so much everyone was talking about downloading onto their ipods. It was a great family experience!
This show was fantastic!!! I could not believe the set or the special effects. Simply Wonderful!
I have seen this 3 or 4 times now. It is beautiful, amazing and wonderful. The cast is superb, and the music is so well executed that it compares with any productions I have seen in New York. Each time I have seen it, it is like a reconnection with an old friend. I highly recommend this. One of the best shows in Las Vegas.
I've seen Phantom, the full version 3 times. This version was great. A bit edited, but if you already know the Phantom story it is great. Flows really well. Venue spectacular.

Absolutely the best Phantom of The Opera out there. Even the Broadway production is not this good. The special effects were truly incredible. Excellent performances by all.

The theater was spectacular and the costumes and set were superb. The downsize to this production is that it felt very rushed. In order to have two shows a night, the dialogue has been shortened and the songs sped up. Not enough time to appreciate the emotions that this show can convey.
If you have seen Phantom on Broadway, or even if you haven't, you will enjoy this Las Vegas Production. It's a condensed version (due to time restrictions), but the scenes are amazing, music and singing phenomenal and the assembled chandelier is breathtaking. An Once-in-a-Lifetime Must See.
