    Amazing Performance

by badback on 10/26/09Rochester Auditorium Theatre - Rochester

The show was spine tingling to me. The New Rascals were fantastic. The Turtles were only so so BUT Peter Noone gave a performance that was so far off the scale that he should be Knighted!!!!! His energy, personality and top quality sound was essentially the heart of the program and my thanks to all that made the event possible.

    Peter Noone was excellent!

by Marcann on 10/26/09Rochester Auditorium Theatre - Rochester

The last half of the show was excellent. Peter Noone was witty and sounded as I remember him all those years ago. I would definitely go again.

This was a fabulous concert. Even the group that opened was very good. Very seasoned. Herman's Hermits and Peter Noone definitely gave the best show. Peter is charming, witty, and sounds exactly as he did as a teenager. His age has given him character and humor bundled in a very down to earth and full faceted entertainer. He reaches out to the audience making a lasting impression, leaving the concertgoer with an uplifting memory.

60's Spectacular - Peter Noone can still sing!

by JTSher on 10/26/09Rochester Auditorium Theatre - Rochester

You can't go home again. It was sad to see how much the Rascals and Turtles have aged. Personally, I think the Turtles ought to give up touring - they have degenerated too far. However, the saving grace was the Peter Noone has aged gracefully - he can still move and can still sing....

    Sixties Spectacular WAS FAN-TAB-ULOUS!

by DancingLetters on 10/25/09Rochester Auditorium Theatre - Rochester

The balcony was throbbing; the stage was swaying! From the Bluz House Rockers, Rochester's local opening band, to the New Rascals' ("It's a Beautiful Morning") to the Turtles, we were, "So Happy Together;" to my personal favorite Teen Idol, Peter Noone and his fabulous group of Hermits - Rochester was "Into Something Good"!! Bring 'em again next year, especially headliner, Peter Noone - my 17 year old was blown away by all the talent on the stage!

As fast as you can say "I'm into something good", Herman's Hermits are playing this first of many hits. I never seem to tire of watching and listening to Herman's Hermits starring Peter Noone perform flawlessly all the songs they made famous. You'll find yourself singing along all the songs you grew up listening to all through the show. This reviewer will see the show again - icing on the cake is Flo & Eddie, The Turtles, opening for the Hermits. Extremely entertaing show! Thumbs Up!

    Peter Noone was Fabulous!

by Shadowmom on 10/25/09Rochester Auditorium Theatre - Rochester

As always, Herman's Hermits amd Peter Noone were fabulous. I was very disappointed in the Rascals and the Turtles. Neither group did very many of the songs that they were famous for. Their ages are showing on them. Peter Noone though was excellent and I would definitely go just to hear him!

Peter Noone was great as usual and anticipated.

by Amani on 10/25/09Rochester Auditorium Theatre - Rochester

I am sorry to say that as an overall experience, I was disappointed as was my friend. Herman's Hermits saved the night for us. Thus, the 3 star rating. Otherwise it would have been 2 stars. Last year was much better over all. The other groups, especially the New Rascals, were way too loud and over the top. The first group was better than the 2nd and 3rd groups. It seems that a lot of groups think the louder the better. It is difficult to separate the words/singing from the noise.

    60"s Spectacular

by surrey on 10/25/09Rochester Auditorium Theatre - Rochester

Herman's Hermits were great!! We only went again to see them. The Rascals were horrible and we couldn't wait for that part of the show to be over. The Turtles were better but not that good.

by jobless on 10/25/09Rochester Auditorium Theatre - Rochester

peter noone was the headliner & should have been. He was fantastic! His voice is so clear, strong & good - & what energy he has, especially for a 62 yr old. The Rascals were good too. Both of these groups need to return next year to Rochester.j

    Herman's Hermits Fantabulous!

by Swoone4Noone on 10/17/09California Theatre of the Performing Arts - San Bernardino

Herman's Hermits were fantastic as usual. The theater was beautiful and the sound was great!! The seats were a little close together, and the "security" people were a little unforgiving. However, the performance made it all worthwhile.

    Too Much Fun !

by DougandDebbie on 10/12/09California Theatre of the Performing Arts - San Bernardino

Well. Debbie and I headed off to yet another of the many 60's and 70's Rock and Roll shows that we love. I had anticipated another "Greatest Hits" show. (Which is what we go to see) Herman's Hermits was so much better than just that ! Peter Noone has retained his voice (unlike some 60+ year old stars of yesteryear) He is witty, funny and has a great stage presence ! What a delightfull show. His rendition of other popular artists songs of the 60's was superb ! He did an excellent job of presenting the hits of Herman's Hermits. We loved the show. It was much more than we expected. If you get a chance, go see this concert !

The Hermits make us happy !

by Wheelman on 10/12/09California Theatre of the Performing Arts - San Bernardino

Very entertaining ! Peter Noone, and the Hermits put on a terrific show. We were all clapping, and singing along. Unlike a popular tribute band we saw a week before where the whole act was sequenced, the Hermit's band played all of their own instruments, and stayed true to the esscence of popular 60's top 40 hits.
