Peter Cetera Tickets

Peter's voice is still spot on and it was hard to believe Richard Marx, an outright talent is his own right, was the opening act. Peter mixed the old Chicago ballads like "If you leave me know" with his solo hits "Glory of Love" and "Next time I fall". Both entertainers covered their biggest hits. The crowd sang right along with them and Thunder Valley is the perfect venue for an outdoor concert. Both interacted with the audience and told stories along the way. The back up singers were amazing too. Kim Keyes covered Cher and Amy Grant's parts perfectly. She had both a powerful and smooth voice. Fun night. Don't miss it.

I enjoyed Richard Marx immensely. Great performer. Peter was a little dramatic and theatrical with his voice and gestures. Didn't care much for the other singers filling in.

Peter Cetera is impressive. Even though his music was sung a 3rd below the original key, at 73 and still doing shows is amazing. Keep going. I will say that we could have done without the additional performances by his band and female singer. As truly talented as they were - they were not the name we came to see and their time on stage really put a lull in an otherwise good show. Would have been better to show case them as an intermission or opening act. Peter's music was what made the night fun. Richard Marx was a lot of fun and he was awesome. Great interaction with the crowd made the space feel more intimate. Of course his music pulls at old heart strings and his music with his kids was very touching. Only recommendation would be to pull in more musicians to fill up your sound on stage and add those additional layers. But your voice rings through as it did in my younger years. Loved it.

Peter Cetera may have lost a step or two with his on-stage dance moves, but his voice remains as clear and strong as ever. He gave the crowd what it wanted - hits from his solo career and from his time with Chicago. Personally, I would have liked to have heard more from his solo albums, having listened to them all during my youth. The only question I have is why he ended the concert with "25 or 6 to 4," which is a Chicago song. He didn't attend Chicago's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction two years ago but will end the concert with that song? I know there's a backstory here; maybe someone will share it with me.

Excellent show by both Richard Marx and Peter Cetera. Played all the favorites from 70s,80s,90s and even a few from early 2000s. Both Marx and Cetera appeared in excellent shape. Marx is a super talent, and we were amazed that Peter Cetera at age 73 still has an excellent voice and can rock the audience especially with the old Chicago tunes. We have been to this venue a few other occasions. Small enough that most seats are very good. The only down side is that Thunder Valley's concert series is an out door venue during the hot (Lincoln/Sacramento summers). However the beer is icy cold which helps lessen the problem. Good time, we will go again. McL

I was disappointed that Richard Marx was given more time to perform than Peter Cetera then Cetera gave 2 songs to people in his band. I did not enjoy the woman back up singer at all. This was very disappointing. I go to these concerts regularly and often see the same performer multiple times. There were 4 of us in the group we all agreed we wouldn't see him again. There just wasn't enough of his songs for this long evening. I like Richard Marx but I came to see Peter Cetera. Marx was playing games that felt like he was trying to waste time.

Peter Cetera's music brought back many memories. He is "timeless." I was very impressed. It was hot until the sun went down, but well worth being uncomfortable for a while. Richard Marx was outstanding. Having both of them on the same venue was worth every penny for the tickets.

Amazing combined concert with Richard Marx and Peter Cetera!! Both sang their #1 Hit Songs! What a GREAT double TREAT!!.....and to top it off, we unexpectedly won an after concert Back Stage pass to Meet & Greet Peter Cetera!!--the only thing that would have improved this already amazing Experience would have been to be able to Meet & Greet with Both Richard Marx AND Peter Cetera!!! What an almost Perfect Concert Night!!! Meeting the people behind the Music up close and personal is the Cherry on top of the Delicious Sunday!

Richard Marx did an outstanding job. Peter was good with his greatest hits.

Actually, I bought the tickets to this concert because I love Richard Marx. I had just attended a concert in Napa featuring Richard and loved it. So, I had no second thoughts about seeing him again. His Napa concert was purely acoustic but Richard brought his incredible band this time and blew me away. I knew well and loved Chicago. What I didn't realize was that Peter Cetera is not only an incredible song writer and singer, but he's an exiting performer, too! His band and his female singer were totally awesome. This was one of the best concerts I've ever attended! Great seats! Hot, electric atmosphere and great music. Can't get better than that!

Awesome night with Peter and Richard Marx. They were great and their songs are truely timeless. If they come near my town, I will go see them again.

This was my 40th birthday present from my husband (birthday was a week after these tix went on sale). It was a perfect gift to wait to look forward to. Peter Cetera’s concert and Richard Marx made my birthday gift truly special. They are both talented and amazing! This is more of a venue/ layout seating issue but this is the 1st concert I was told to sit down by a lady sitting behind me! I was bummed about that but I didn’t want to miss the show so I respectfully sat down. It was a fun time!

Bring back the 80's!!! More concerts like this!!! All 80's performers please!!!

This concert was so amazing!. It was like being at 2 concerts at one time... Peter Cetera and Chicago. I loved that Peter Cetera had stories to share about the songs he wrote and appreciated that he also sung songs from his time with Chicago. It brought me fond memories of the 70's and '80's.It is a must see concert.

The music was too loud. When people is sitting in front of us in the middle stage first floor they were blocking our view. . I wish there were some kind of level so people sitting in the front don't block people in the back.

Peter Cetera sounded just as good as he did in the 70's and 80's! It was wonderful listening to his songs again. I love the venue at the City National Civic also. We had a great time!
