I'm not for one for having comedians nag on the crowd for not laughing and this is what happened. Average show otherwise
Six of us met for dinner at Kosar's, and then went to see Pete George. He was SO entertaining! From the moment he stepped on the stage, he had great energy, funny observations of life, and is a great guitarist! I see why he is The Rock Star of Comedy!! Loved all of the audience participation too! Be prepared to laugh until you cry with this guy!! We have already told all of our other friends, and plan on a larger group for next time too!!!
If you want to laugh and not be grossed out by obscene language this is the show for you. He is an entertainer who knows his audience and plays to them in a endearing way. Loved the show!
Pete kept the audience laughing the entire time! He included the audience and had topics that were easily understood by all.
The show was even more entertaining than expected!
Pete George is very funny. His entire routine was funny. He held the audience attention.
Not sure you should call him a comedian - poor poor performer - over and over it was bout learning disabilities - got old real fast and as for Keith McGill - the black guy the offended black people to the point they left the place... need better talent
We were lucky to have him at 2 venues in our area. Last Summer at California Hotel and Suites and the other night at a local club. It's hard to put into words the hilarity of his shows. It is rare to have a second of silence from the crowd. His material is original and over the moon! And his guitar talent that he works into the show..! I could go on.. Go see him! You will not be sorry. WARNING; If you have a weak bladder, wear depends!
Pete George was absolutely hilarious! His facial expressions are priceless and will leave you leaving the theater with your sides hurting from laughing so much! Absolutely worth every penny to see him. We can't wait until he returns next year. We are definitely returning to the venue whenever he comes to town!
You're never sure when you don't know the comedian but in this case, it turned out great! Pete was funny, witty, & local. It was nice to support Cleveland and the Rocksino was unexpectedly nice also. My husband & I went with friends and had a great time! The only thing I would say could have been better/faster was the service in the comedy club. We were well into the 2nd comedy act before being approached for drinks. The upside is that you could order the drinks at the bar beforehand and take them inside with you...
We had a great time at the show. Pete George was absolutely hilarious!!! He has a very unique talent and sense of humor. I would definitely go to another show of his. So funny! He's an amazing singer too!

We had a wonderful New Year's Eve of laughter thanks to Pete George. It was our 2nd time to see him live and we weren't disappointed. He's got a great sense of humor, involves the audience and is very funny! 5 stars!
Had a great time at the Velvet Club in the Hard Rock Rocksino. Pete George is a very funny guy! He is also very talented and can really play the guitar...AWESOME. I loved his hilarious versions of many classic rock songs. You Rock Pete! Must see show! Bring him back to the Hard Rock.
Pete George is an incredibly talented comic and musician! The show was hilarious start to finish with never a dull nano-second. His energy level is off the charts! Get him back every chance you get! Great show!!
This is the third time we have seen Pete George perform at Club Velvet and he is by far our favorite and funniest comic. BRING HIM BACK...and sooner! You will not find anyone funnier with fresh jokes, crazy facial expressions, dialects and outstanding musical talent. His audience interaction is always a real highlight! We bought one of his guitar necklaces with the hidden zip drive with 4 of his videos on it. What a creative & fun idea. We hope to see Pete George again soon at Club Velvet, a great comedy venue! PS: Keith McGill was fun too--just no where near a Pete George performance.
Seriously, one of the best comedy shows I have ever seen! Loved his clean, smart stand up and when he picked up the guitar... WOW! The audience response was over the top!!! I will be back again next time.
Pete gets funnier and funnier each time I see him. His high end energy gets the place hopping and his improv is hysterical. Musically talented and quick witted, he is definitely worth seeing. The MC was pretty good, started a bit slow, but started to get a bit more comfortable, the opener was really funny..a dryer sense of humor so it was a very good mix of personalities that evening. Thanks for a great show Pete!!
