  • opening bands got the crowd goin & pepper rocked!!

by misorella on 11/8/10The Warfield - San FranciscoRating: 5 out of 5

Poor Habit was actually really entertaining and they were having a fun time which made me laugh, good sounds too. Fishbone really got the crowd going with their crowd surfing. I loved their horn sounds and their energy. Pepper came on and the crowd got even more crazed, the balcony where we had seats was litterally bouncing from everyone dancing. They played many songs from their earlier albums which I really loved to hear! Every time I see them they just rock me to the core! I will have perma grin for a good long while from that show Sat night! Thanks boys!

I can't even put it into words. Pepper continues to blow my mind, show after show. And this one was my far the best I've seen. I love their "like a surgeon" theme. They are high-energy and they sound great live. They make everyone want to dance. And they played for 2.5 hours.

  • Pepper was Awesome

They put on a great show, got everyone involved. Very entertaining, great sound, light show was good and performance was awesome. They interacted with the crowd and put on a great show, music and performance was top of the line. Would be great to have them come back and do a longer venue and bring more sets to the program.

One of my favorite Pepper experiences! Their set was perfect, they sped up all the right songs and rocked out all night. The crowd was definitely feeling it and getting down, but there did not seem to be any punk rock enthusiasts, because moshing was quickly vetoed...but to each their own. I was very impressed with the lighting during the show, very dramatic and fun. I wish I could do it all over again!

Pepper Killed it, brought it back to life, then killed it again. Best concert I have been to in a while.

Pepper was very energetic from start to finish! Pour Habit and Mishka were perfect openers for them Pour Habit is a sweet punk band those are hard to find now a days and Mishka was a solid reggae performer the two set Pepper up perfectly.

  • AMAZING Pepper show!!

    by Stoney15 on 10/31/10Ogden Theatre - DenverRating: 5 out of 5

This was my first concert and I had the best time! I was close to the stage and rockin out with the everyone! I loved the opening band Pour Habit and I was happy to buy their cd after the show! Also, Mishka totally brought the straight reggae vibe! Pepper was amazing! They sounded great and played all my favorite songs. They were full of energy and involved the crowd at all times. I can't wait for them to come back to Denver so I can rock out with them again!!! -Eric from Pour Habit is unreal at the guitar...and extremely sexy!

  • Two years in the making...

by JDubya on 10/31/10Ogden Theatre - DenverRating: 5 out of 5

I've wanted to see Pepper for two years now. It finally happened on this past Friday night. They are definitely one of the best reggae bands out there these days. They rocked my socks off, reminding me of the rock and almost-metal side of their blend of reggae. I was shocked to be reminded that this is a three piece band. The bass player is obviously a strong presence in this band, as one should be, in a reggae band. There is plenty going on in their music and lyrical stories. It's a blast to watch it all unfold. More proof that pretty much anything that comes from Hawaii is truly primo!

Pepper is for sure one of the top concerts you can see in the world today. They are so good and create so much energy. You will not be disappointed and if you go once you will be hooded for life.

  • much better than the unity tour

Loved them being the headling band. They brought so much energy and the venue was perfect, just wish they would have come hung out with the crowd after the show.

  • Good Times, even though early bands unknown

by BFLOOOOOO on 10/18/10Starland Ballroom - SayrevilleRating: 4 out of 5

This was a solid show overall. The intro bands were decent, even though I'd never heard of any of them before. The Punk Band could have been better. They had intense energy, but no real flow to their show. As a huge fan of punk rock, I wish that Pepper had found a better punk band to fill the spot of Pour Habit. Echo Movement was very good with smooth beats and a very chill sound. Good drinking music, which incidentally was what I was doing at the time. Brother Ali was interesting and fun. First time seeing an albino rapper! Pepper rocked! Most of the songs I knew, but they threw in some new stuff and other songs I'd never heard before. High energy show with a decent pit going on throughout most of the show. The only complaint I have is that the show seemed to follow a cheesy medical theme which made the show seem somewhat predictable and cheap. However, the music rocked and they ended with some catchy, amazing songs (No Control, then Drunk Girl). Definitely recommended, but they could improve it a bit.

  • Pepper was Great!

  • Pepper Kicked Ass!!

    by Cris1211 on 10/18/10Starland Ballroom - SayrevilleRating: 5 out of 5

The show was sooooo much fun...the opening bands were hilarious, because of the different types of music that each one represented, but when Pepper came out the crowd went crazy, everybody was dancing and singing, and Pepper brought their A-game as they always do. Great time, definitely gonna see them again when they come around!
