Peoria Rivermen Tickets

Seats closest to the glass (lettered rows) are NOT part of the permanent seats and are more crowded together...2 fellows with big shoulders CANNOT sit side-by-side comfortably, and of course machismo, paranoia, and/or territoriality will not allow a big, burly fellow to sit his 90 lb. wife or children next to another big & burly fellow, even if he has a 5 y/o son with him and an honors degree (he may be a casanova or a pervert)... nor can a person easily reach down to the floor to retrieve/place items, drinks, etc. Also, proximity to glass makes seeing action @ 90 degree angle difficult...everyone leans in like dominos to see past the person next to them. Somewhat takes away from the enjoyment of the game, esp. for the ever-increasing costs of seats and the fact that I spent the extra $$ to sit on the glass with my son. VERY IMPORTANT, sections adjacent to the benches and penalty boxes only have one access stairwell (one way into the row of seats), causing everyone to step over everyone constantly, and since the seats are very clustered, you're forced to stand up every time, even if it's small children passing through, so if you have a tick about that like many people do take that into consideration...small irritations added up...factor all variables in...sit a little farther back and be more comfortable...the greedy punks will probably raise ticket prices on THOSE seats again now that I wrote this

The Rivermen game on November 19 was as exciting as I hoped. This is my fist game this season. The team is good as they get and having the induction of Jason Christie was very touching. I was there the year they won the championship and it was great to see the film from then. I noticed the arena was packed back then and we showed pride in our home team. At the game this Friday night there were not a lot of people-just over 4,400. I hope the team does well this year and that Peoria continues to support the team. It may be due to the cost of tickets which is something the Peoria Civic Center may need to consider.

Good entertainment for AHL game...wish ticket prices would stop going up, though-as wages don't, and it takes away from the benefits of attending lower-tiered sporting events...prices at concessions are definitely at a golden fleece level

This was a fantastic event. Great family fun. The atmosphere was full of energy and excitement. The players gave it their all. The entertainment between periods made the time go by quick. Thanks for a great night.

Watching the Rivermen play is a good way to spend an evening or afternoon. The team plays fairly well and gives all the excitement of a pro hockey game without the pro prices. The civic center is a good venue and the concession pricing is high but not unreasonable.

i really thought the game was boring. the home opener had more excitement than sat nights game i fell asleep during the game i left halfway thru the game

I'm in town for work and thought I would catch a game. The game was great. Very fast action. Very fun for the whole family. A little something for everyone.

First-ever hockey game for my husband, niece, & nephew - they loved it and are asking when we're going to another one already!

great minor league team, good action they are a hard hitting team with a nice areana. more advertisement would get them a bigger crowd. but for the money it's a great time if you love hockey like me or just learning it's still a great time. if your in peoria it's a must see.

The concert was suprisingly fun and quite entertaining!!! Bret is always fun to see!

Hockey game was pretty cool, but was really there for the concert. Bret put on an amazing show.. as usual. It was a shorter than usual concert, but still worth it !! Met him after the show at Meet and Greet. Moment of a lifetime !!!

Rivermen won, Bret Micheals rocked, and my wife got to meet him after the show. What more can I say??? It was a great night!!!

Awesome game, awesome venue, will definitely go back again, had a blast at game, beer was cheaper at the game than at Joe's Crab Shack!!!! Concert was in the hockey arena which is not the best for sound acoustically, like an amphitheater would be

The game was very exciting to watch. Had so much fun. Would love to go again. Bret Michaels was awesome. Love him.

Riverman game was exciting!!! Bret Michaels was awesome!!! We enjoyed our evening! Only complaint was people who were NOT sitting in their ticketed seats. We had to make people move out of our seats. We noticed that it was happening alot around us where security were making people move.

My 1st hockey game! It was good. Bret Michaels was awesome!!! He loves his music, his fans and people. He was great!!!

The event was very good. Enjoyed the hockey... not my first by far. Also the mini-concert afterwards by BMB. He is from my era and they displayed a lot of energy. Acoustics were a little lacking especially at center ice... but I somewhat expected that.

The hockey game was excellent. Very professional game and good play on both sides of the puck. Atmosphere and the arena were also great for a hockey game. The staff was exceptional and the food was great. Parking was convenient and easy access to enter and to exit. Leaving the game was easy. We will plan another trip.

My wife and I throughly enjoyed the game. Enjoyed all the festivies during intermissions
