My grandson took 1st place. We are all so proud of him. He worked hard to get there. In regards to the food vendors (they closed too early). We were there very late on Saturday. The kids were so hungry with nothing to eat. Maybe they should stay open a little later. You should consider having healthy options too. Salads, fruits and veggies
This event could have been organized better. These kids are too young to be there ALL day and expected to Performed to the best of their ability.
It doesn’t get any better than watching your granddaughter wrestle at a state championship !
The staff at the Peterson Event Center were all very nice and always pleasant. They helped my disabled husband to his seat while I parked the car. Our seats were excellent too. Would definitely recommend anyone to attend an event there.
Those of us who had ordered tickets ahead, pre-order, had to line up with people making initial buys. This confusion caused many pre-order buyers to complain and in quite a few cases, miss the first matches. Suggestion is to have a separate line for "will call" ticket pick up.
We were impressed with our first PAJW tournament experience. Our seats were very good and felt that you would be able to see the participants from anywhere in the Arena. Thought the venue was great except you should be prepared for extensive walking up hill. Staff members at the event were extremely helpful.
