Parking fees can be paid in advance online or upon entering the parking lot. Parking attendants cannot accept CASH, Credit Card Payments only. DO NOT park in surrounding businesses as you will be towed. Overnight parking prohibited unless authorized by arena personnel. No re-entry is allowed at any time. For guests with disabilities, parking is located on the north side of the Arena. Accessible parking placards or license plates must be displayed at all times to be able to park in those stalls. Upon request, parking attendants can direct you to the location of the accessible parking.

By purchasing ADA accessible seats, fans verify that they, or someone who they are purchasing tickets for, require the features of an accessible seat. WHEELCHAIR SEATING Wheelchair seating is available in several price ranges, Subject to Availability. It is recommended that guests purchase 1 Wheelchair and 1 Companion ticket in Row 9 (WC9) of the specified loge sections for the event and the price level requested. Additional tickets (no more than (2) two) may be purchased in row 8, directly in front of Row 9. Due to space limitations, any additional seats requested will be sold on a best available basis. Guests using wheelchairs who have purchased accessible floor tickets for an event may enter the arena through the back ramp, located at the northeast corner of the venue. Guests should check in at the North Entrance prior to proceeding down the back ramp. A Guest Services Representative will be available to provide assistance up and down the back ramp. LIMITED MOBILITY SEATING Limited mobility seating is for able bodied guests who may have difficulty using stairs or require other accommodations. Seating is available in the last two row of the Loge Level, Subject to Availability. Loge is the level you enter in on, Row 8 of the Loge level would be down two steps. Any additional seats requested will be on a best available basis. VISUALLY-IMPAIRED SEATING Seats are not held specifically for the visually impaired. Guests concerned that they may have difficulty seeing the event should plan to purchase tickets as far in advance as possible. A guest who requests seating for the Visually Impaired may be accommodated in Limited Mobility Seating. SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETERS Pechanga Arena San Diego is pleased to provide signed performances for our hearing impaired guests for select events. Interpretation services are not guaranteed for every event; however, we will make every effort to accommodate each request with appropriate advance notice, at least 30 days prior to the event. If there are several guests who request the use of signers for a particular event, all hearing impaired guests may be seated in the same area. ELEVATORS/ESCALATORS Pechanga Arena San Diego is not equipped with elevators or escalators.

TICKET DELIVERY: Delivery of tickets will be mobile only, there are no exceptions and no printed tickets are available. Refunds will not be permitted for patrons who purchase with the intent to resell. Over the Limit and Third Party Purchases: Ticket purchases exceeding the posted ticket limit, either within a single order or across multiple orders, may be subject to order(s) being cancelled without notice. Pechanga Arena San Diego cannot confirm the validity of third party tickets. We suggest guests verify their method of delivery prior to arrival. Guests with questions regarding their tickets should contact their original point of purchase. Clear Bag Policy: All persons and bags are subject to search. Clear tote bags (including handbags and purses) that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12in x 6in x 12in will be admitted inside after inspection. One gallon clear plastic freezer or storage bags are also permitted. Small clutch bags or wallets that do not exceed 4.5in x 6.5in, with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the venue along with one of the clear bag options (clear tote or storage bag). Oversized bags (i.e. backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, laptop bags, etc.) are prohibited. Pechanga Arena San Diego does not provide a general area to check bags, coats or any other personal belongings.

Age range varies by event. Most events ages two and up require a ticket for entry. If they have not celebrated their second birthday, they do not require a ticket and would sit on a lap.
