The cowboys/and cowgirls were fabulous. We could not have asked for a better time. The venue and the staff were wonderful. It was a great place to have a rodeo. It was three hours of non-stop of roping, riding, and rustling (in a good way). We enjoy Bo Campbell productions and felt very honored, this was our first event since his passing. God Bless his family, siblings, and all of the contributors that keep his dream alive. Thank you all, so much.
My husband is a longtime rodeo guy. He rode bulls in the past, we’re getting back into the rodeo world team roping. This was my first professional rodeo What a wonderful experience. This event was professionally put on. I loved it. Ready for the rodeo world
This was my first rodeo and it was awesome to see the skills in both the men's and women's events. The horses seemed well trained and the trust between horse and human was great to watch. Overall, I had a great time at the event! When buying the tickets, I only saw Friday as an option, so I wasn't sure if Saturday and Sunday were already sold out but it would have been good to have that transparency online. Also, the seats in the Biloxi Coliseum were a little tight fitting. My knees didn't have enough room and were hitting the back of the seat in front of me. It was painful so venues should keep that in mind when renovating or planning seating. Everything else was great: the parking attendants, security, announcer. The only other thing I would add would be for those in charge of music, please play a little more country music instead of the typical sound bites you'd hear at a hockey game like AC/DC's Thunderstruck. Throw some Jason Aldean and Luke Combs, Cole Swindell, etc. Thanks!
Will definitely go again next year!! Plenty of amazing events. Very organized family friendly night out. Can’t believe we have such a fun thing to do so close to our home.
Drove almost 2 hours. Was looking forward to my first rodeo experience. I would have probably given four stars until... near the end. One of the bull riders decided to kick (with both feet) the bull in the head. He was frustrated because the bull laid down twice in the chute when it was his turn to ride. I was very disappointed to see this take place. So I then left early. It makes me wonder what goes on behind the scenes. I did look for an email address to pass this on but was unable to find one. Im sure it would have been to moved to their trash bin anyway.
The fact that guys & gals put themselves out there to make a living in this profession is amazing. Riding a bull or bronco, putting your life on the line everytime takes a special person. We just read that a bull rider was killed in Denver. My point exactly. My heart breaks for his family. We really enjoyed watching, but the lack of the crowd for finals really shocked us & took a little away from the experience. We felt bad for the participants, but really great showing by all.
Kids loved it. It was fun day for the family. Was hoping for better competition.
The seats were awesome. The rodeo riders men & women were very eager to win. The only downside is as a first time using Ticketmaster web site I won’t buy the insurance on the tickets again. But overall using their site made it real easy to load tickets on my app on my cell phone.
Six year old grandsons first rodeo and it won't be his last. Beaming from start to finish!
It was my Daddy and Daughter Birthday present. We had so much fun. I was a blast for both of us.
The Rodeo was great. My seats were great. I had to buy tickets on-line that came with a concert. The Dan & Shay concert was OK but it was not my music. I would have just liked to go to the Rodeo.
This was a great rodeo, in fact it was the best I have seen in a long time. The show was well thought out and everyone did a super job. Our seat were great, nice family atmosphere. Great show all the way around. The one complaint I do have is on our ticket it said the doors opened at 5pm, it was very cold on Saturday evening and my kids along with quite a few others were crying and miserable, security finally opened the doors at 5:35pm which is a long time when you get there early enough to get parked and get in line. Our family got there at 4:40pm so I think there was some work to be done there especially when security sees elderly people and children miserable from the cold and they are standing inside laughing and carrying on conversations. One of the security guards said "we are not ready" I don't see where it would of hurt to let us in to go to our seats. Like I said this is the only complaint that I have that needs to be worked on. Thanks for a great show.
My biggest complaint is that the show started more than an hour late. By that time my kids were already bored and ready to leave. We stayed for most of the show but our view was obstructed by a guard rail at eye level in front of us.
I'd have to say that the best band I have ever seen live is Dan and Shay! They were great! Real energetic, the energy soared throughout the stadium, and they sounds better live than they do on the radio. Spectacular!!
When an event is scheduled to start at 6, it should start on time. This was a weeknight and I thought a professional event. They made to announcement or apology for starting almost 30 minutes late. I heard from friends one of the weekend nights they didn't even open the doors on time and left fans standing out in the cold. Unacceptable!
My family and I really did enjoy the rodeo. We really didn't have best part. It was all great.
I thoroughly enjoyed the running of the bulls, money the hard way & the Rodeo!! I don't care for the break away roping but everything else about the Rodeo was good. I would like to have had the opportunity to have purchased a souvenir shirt but there weren't any available.
This was a great rodeo and was very entertaining. My family will be coming back next time.
nothing close to the Houston Rodeo but it was good we still had fun anyways
