The PBR's nationally- televised Unleash The Beast (UTB) features the world's Top 40 bull riders going head-to-head against the fiercest bucking bulls on the planet. During each Unleash The Beast event, riders compete for crucial points to qualify for the World Finals and ultimately be crowned the PBR World Champion, who earns the accompanying $1 million bonus and coveted gold buckle.
The average (or aggregate) score earned during an event determines a rider's place in the event standings. In addition to earning points for their overall event finish, as determined by their aggregate score, riders will also earn world points for their finish in each round, and for any ride scored in excess of 70 points.

Non stop action. Entertaining from start to finish. Wonderfully safe and nice experience. Bulls are treated like athletes. Great fans. I'd do it again tomorrow. Wonderful arena and location.
This was the first live bull riding event I attended. I am almost 52 years old and I had a blast!!! I grew up watching bull riding on TV pretty much every night with my dad. I loved it. The show was very professional, moved along without any delays, and I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. I am trying to learn as much as I can about professional bull riding. I appreciated some of the education the announcer gave us. I looked up some info after the event through PBR and that was awesome. I cannot wait until I can attend my next PBR event (hopefully Wheeling, WV on March 22, 2025 and Pittsburgh, PA 2026). I wished I was able to be in a V.I.P. section to be that close up the the chutes, maybe another time. I cannot remember how I found out about PBR coming to Pittsburgh, but it must have been fate!!!!
PBR bullriding is the most masculine and dangerous sport in the world. It gives you an andreline high. A person has to experience it one time and, then you are addicted!
This was the first PBR event I've been to. They put on one hell of a show. We can't wait until they come back to Pittsburgh.
Bringing the PBR to Pittsburgh was long overdue. I am far from being a country boy, but I enjoyed it. Will most likely go back next year when it comes back in February.
I loved everything about this experience. So much that I already bought my tickets for next year! You should come up with a more creative way to give away the free boots though! Everything else was fantastic though!
This was just an ok experience in my opinion. Not sure what I expected for my first time at a PBR event. I was looking forward to more excitement with the bulls and for the rides to come further into the arena, not just by the chutes and all but 1 or 2 bulls to just run back to the gate to leave. Seemed too staged/trained. Very impressed by the riders though, wow what their bodies go through for 8 seconds, I can't imagine.
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania's PBR was our 3rd event and we were not at all disappointed. Phenomenal show with amazing riders.
From the start of the event all the way to the end there was never a dull moment. We had a great time and will definitely be back next year.
Great time! Will be back next year! Very exciting and the stage and pyro were great. Bulls were crazy big and the riders got guts!
I took my 11 year old son and a friend. He hasn't stopped talking about it. This is one of the best events that I've been to. It was action packed from start to finish. We will be back next year!
PBR put on an awesome two night event in Pittsburgh for their first ever time here. The competition was amazing. The team challenge was cool to see. And Brinson James does an outstanding job keeping the crowd involved.
So much fun. Entertaining the entire time. Definitely want to see again!
The event itself was a 5. The quality of rides for this area was amazing since I have gone to local and regional events and seen 39 or 40 out of 40 buck offs. I would have given it a 5 star but the food and drink prices at PPG Paints Arena are insane. $14 for a slice of pizza and $18 for a beer. Never gouge me or my friends again. We decided we would all meet up before we walk into that place with full bellies. Highway robbery. Also my friend couldn't find one program for sale. It was his first rodeo or bull riding event and PBR had none for sale.
The PBR event in Pittsburgh at the PPG Paints Arena was a blast! The whole night was a super fun time - the bull riding was pretty cool to see in person for the 1st time & the atmosphere in the arena was super high energy & totally entertaining!
We ran into the CEO at the elevators, he escorted us to the floor level and watched the last 10 rides for the stage in the middle of the arena! GREAT NIGHT!!
PBR is a super fun, different night out! Don't sleep on it!!
It was always my Dream to see the PBR, And It Finally Came True In Pittsburgh, Pa
We loved it! Had a great time. Would definitely recommend this event.
