    Best Jab in the Business

by montoogley on 6/24/13Barclays Center - Brooklyn

Undercard fights were a bit disappointing from previous lineups. Overall, venue is great. Always a good time when held at Barclay's.

first time viait to the barclays center, great venue and ideal for boxing. travel to and from very easy via subway to NY...lots of choises locally for drinks and food before the event and queues were not too long at booths during the event itself

    Bad decision in Boxing

by DaMak on 6/23/13Barclays Center - Brooklyn

I thought this fight between Malignaggi and Broner should have gone to Paulie or at least a tie. In no way, shape or form did Broner perform like a champ last night let alone earn the title. That's the problem with boxing now days and why the sport is losing fans after every event and leaving boxing n turning to UFC. Broner was mostly on the Defense for the first half of the fight and only fought a third of those rounds. This was dirty politics all the way, The commercial fighter took the win, took the lion share of the purse..... How does the challenger get the bigger share then the champ when it's not even a rematch? I don't know. A Floyd Mayweather Broner is not. Broner says he will let the fans pick his next fight, Ok.... Mayweather vs Broner. You can bill the fight as Icon vs Protégé. Give the fans the money worth that you charge and lets see another "real Boxer" face Broner.
