I bailed before the show even started!
by 1hitcombo on 4/1/23The Echo Lounge & Music Hall - DallasRating: 2 out of 5This review is not so much of the comics themselves, but of how the starting time of the event, as shown on my ticket, seemed like a underhanded ploy to get me in there early to order drinks, food, etc. If my ticket says the show starts at 7pm, I expect it to start at 7, and not 8. I didn't appreciate shuffling my schedule around to accommodate getting there at 7, only to find out that the show didn't start for another hour. Not sure what I was supposed to do for the entire hour before the show started. Plus the menu items looked very limited. Unimpressed overall by this venue. I ended up just leaving before the show even started.
