good show, but it started late and i really didn't expect a band to open for a show.
Pablo still has it in him to make people laugh really hard & have a Great time of laughs!
Paul looked like he needed to sleep in, or was in need of a 5 hour energy boost. Topics were all over the place, in the first half of the show, the second part of the show was a bit just a bit more entertaining. ( It was funny when someone in the first row shouted (SHOOU !) LIKE GEORGE LOPEZ.... and he said that's a different show!!! He was right !! Paul had no opening act, as a matter of fact he included that in his show, how he had no opening or middle or closing act so he could keep the cash!!! He was so out of breath, I thought I was going to have to do CPR on him. The show just wasn't worth what I paid. The theater was very nice and the STAFF we excellent.
Paul Rodriguez is still working the jokes! He has perfected with age. I was ify about the place because I have never been to the paramount, but it was really nice. He had me laughing for 2 whole hours -my cheeks hurt! The crowd was very diverse too. It was great!
It's good to see that he is still around. He's done so much for the Latinos as a role model and ambassador. It takes talent to hold an audience for over an hour. He did the show alone without an opening act, that's tough to do. He was relevant and up to date with some old memories mixed in. He should have ended about 15 minutes earlier than he did. I know that he was trying to give a "complete" show but sometimes you need to know when to fold them. Still a good show for a night of comedy.
It was great to see Paul doing stand up again!!!! He engaged the crowd and had all of us rolling laughing!!!
