The Paris By Night concert itself on Sunday was outstanding. The overall presentation, performers and sound system were first rate. On the other hand, the Planet Hollywood or the team who managed the concert goers at the entrance was a total failure - no sign or insufficient staff members to direct the crowds for smooth check-in. It was total chaotic and panic experience.
Six hours in the show is way too much they should take a break!!!
The singers were great and talented! The traditional dresses were beautiful and it was great seeing Vietnamese people and culture being represented. However, even as a Vietnamese-American, I felt like the show was just too long. We sat down at 7:30pm and the show didn’t end until 2am-ish. There was no intermission, just advertisement breaks! Our family felt obligated to stay too because we paid good money to see it. But I’d rather watch it on TV at home to be honest. I liked the live aspect, but just not enough to spend extra money to see it for several hours. Also, there was no live transcription which I feel like would have been great to have (it’s embedded in most things now, like Zoom, and gives accessibility to those who are slow listeners, are deaf, or who don’t understand Vietnamese.
Every thing really good, DHL advertising too much, let Mr Ngạn advertising better, Thank Paris by night make we have a good time ,wish to come to see next time

Took too long to start the concert because they wanna record the audience clapping over and over. Didn’t know how fake this show was until I sat there waiting for them to finish recording us just clapping our hands. Like wtf...
The show was so boring, old music and singers's outfit are too heavy, too much for them to put on. The funniest thing is the clapping and laughing demo at the beginning. Anyway it wasn't what i expect with what I paid for the ticket.

We are very happy that we could purchase Paris By Night tickets though Ticketmaster web site. It's super convenient for us. The show was fantastic, we enjoyed it from A-Z. Hopefully we can do it again. Thank you Ticketmaster.
the show was entertaining but quite lone 7 hours 2 of it waiting for show to start. overall production was interesting with lots of digital effects and background. The signers just wish would sign live instead of lip signing. Over all good as i expected. would go again.
