Even with the rain and everyone having to leave the event for an hour it was still one of the best festivals i’ve been to!
Entire festival was very under prepared for weather.
2018 Paradiso will always be remembered as the year it rained, and it was magical. I am SUPER impressed with how the event handled the weather problems. They worked to keep people safe while offering the best of the music after the storms passed. My only less than stellar note is the security - the event opened 30 minutes late the first day, which left people in the hot sun with no water, not okay.
USC should’ve never moved the dates knowing weather at the gorge is so unpredictable. But still had a good time.
First time to this event and damn I can not describe how much fun I had, best camp-rave-festival ever definitely going again!
This venue is a perfect choice for a music festival! Open fields, multiple scenic views & the perfect spot to enjoy a massive dance party. If you get the opportunity to come here for ANY event. Do yourself a favor and go be one with digital and nature!
Unforgettable experience. Highly recommend. The Gorge Amphitheatre is absolutely breathtaking.
I was supper fun. I plan on going next year with friends.
Will go to paradiso every year!! Best festival of the year by far
Great music and great fun was enough to make the poor weather an afterthought.
Absolutely an amazing weekend as always! I’d have given it 5 stars if they had stuck with the normal weekend later in June when the wheater is usually better. Other than that it’s always a once in a life time experience! 2017 has better artists and rules with more rides but no matter what USC and the Gorge make it the best weekend of the year.
I loved everything about this trip. The view was definitely my favorite part.
I was amazed at the transformation of paradiso from its previous year. The stages were bigger and better. The performers were amazing and the costumes were beautiful and imaginative. The lineup for both days were well worth the tickets. The one thing I would critique is the ever changing entry procedures. If that was improved to shift people in quicker, that would give my overall satisfaction of this event.
The Paradiso festival itself was absolutely amazing!! Mind you we are adults in our 30-40's and I was concerned that we'd stick out like a sore thumb but let me tell you, this was one of the most diverse concerts I've been to and everyone was super friendly and lots of great positive vibes. The entertainers were so good - no complaints there at all. The only complaint we have is the lack of organization to get into the festival. There were no line organizers so when we arrived there was a massive amount of people standing around and we had no clue where to stand and where the entrance was They could really work on having more entrances and visible signage. Because they do a very thorough search of your items and yourself - the line moves very slowly and it's very uncomfortable standing out in the hot sun. I also think misters would be a good idea to have around - perhaps there were some, but I didn't notice them. Thank you to the Conscious Crew who came around spraying you with their spray bottles!! That was awesome! If the lines weren't so disorganized and long, i would have given this a 5 star rating!
Wow, what a weekend. Paradiso 2017 was my first Paradiso, but it is far from my first festival or my first visit to the Gorge. I was impressed by the lineup, sound quality, schedule arrangement, and stage setup--the only negative here was that all of the final sets ended at the same time, leading to an extreme wait to exit the venue with a horde of tired festival-goers crossing a relatively narrow bridge. I was also disappointed with the Gorge's consistent price gouging of food, drink, and cigarettes. Venue security did not permit open packs of cigarettes, even if the pack was thoroughly examined and found not to have contraband. Overall, my experience was exceptional but the Gorge could do better to lessen exorbitant product costs.
Such an incredible festival. The lineup is worth the money, the production is on point and the venue is the best I've ever experienced.
The Gorge is an amazing venue. Just unreal. The days were hot but the water lines were short, and the crew was great about handing out water. The line to exit was extremely crowded. If you fly out after the festival don't fly out until Monday or super late Sunday.
This was my third year attending and it was amazing as always. Combining the beautiful venue, top dj's, and an overal freindly crowd. You compete with this event in the PNW
All of the staff was nice everything went very well, had no problem accessing things. Only thing that could be improved is bathrooms between wreckage and main stage should be added. Other than that it was a blast! Can't wait til next year!
It was so good. My only complain in that they took away the water stations from the line. It made the wait to get water inside like 1.5 hours. Last year they had one in line and it made it so much easier to wait in the heat.
