Paradise City rocked Scottsdale city! This band is the real deal; sounding like, and capturing the ballsy-vibes of GnR!! "Slash" brings the talent that electrified the venue, while "Axl" captured the mid-80s psycho circus that defined the band. Like many of the bands that play here, Paradise City commanded the audience involvement that made a 90 minute show rush by like a runaway train! Thank you Casino Arizona -- we appreciated you blasting our paradise city with yours!!!
This band not only looks the part but has the energy and showmanship like the real GNR. Played all the great hits and a couple great "not as mainstream" ones for true GNR fans to appreciate. Got the crowd into it and by the end of show, everyone was rocking out! Great time... Would see again!
We saw this same band last year at the OC Fair and they were so good! I didn't think it was possible, but they were even better this year. Hope they are here next year also!!
This band is amazing. They really get the crowd energized and rocking. Can't wait to see them again.
My wife and I celebrated our Wedding Anniversary by attending the show. We both grew up listening to GnR and Paradise City Tribute exceeded our expectations. They look, sound, and perform like the GnR that we have all come to love. I highly recommend seeing them and the venue at Casino Arizona was just the perfect size. You can see the entire stage. Wait staff was very friendly and even wished us a Happy Anniversary as we were leaving. She served so many people that night and we were shocked she remembered us as we left. Anyway it was a memorable experience.
Awesome show. I would go see them again next year.
What a performance. These guys play spot on Guns and Roses. They do their best to portray the Appetite and Use Your Illusion Era. This is includes most of the best hits from the day, all of the Axl Rose costume changes and on-stage persona all tied up into a tight little show. The show was short - maybe 90 minutes, but was 100% Sunset Strip Gun's. They try and use the same guitars, effects and amps as well as dress the same. Probably the best tribute band I've seen. You may laugh a bit because, well, the audience is so into it and many appear to be still living in the 80's. The band really gets the audience involved with singing along, lighters (cell phones) in the air for Patience and November Rain, swaying left and right for Sweet Child and finally, a resounding jumping in place with fist pumps for the final song, Paradise City. The band afterwards came out to the audience and stood and took pictures with fans for over an hour. Awesome show!
Awesome show! They sounded better than the real band. I highly recommend this show.
