Weekdays: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Event Days: Box Office hours vary on event days. The Oshkosh Arena Box Office is located inside of the entrance marked Gate A, which is also the main entrance of the facility. Any tickets placed on "Will Call" should be picked up at the Box Office. Please be prepared to provide an ID and the payment method used at time of purchase.

Will Call is located on the main floor, off of the Signarama entrance, Gate B.

The arena's main parking lot is located between 11th and 12th streets, to the east of Main Street. We recommend purchasing prepaid parking (see details on our website).

The arena has four ADA ramped platforms located on the first floor. There is an elevator on the northside of the arena, near Gate D and the first- and second-floor concession stands.
