Enter and go 50ft up to concession level, the walk down to the seats. Go get a hot dog and a beer, don't carry them down the steps because the beer will spill every 3rd or 4th step. At the midpoint down an usher will ask for your tickets again, set beer down on ground, show ticket, pick up beer, walk the last 30steps to seats with half beer, hot dog and wet ticket. Need to use restroom mid 2nd period, walk up around 100 steps again, buy T shirt from vendor with 25ft security zone around Tshirts, can't go near Tshirts, lots of pointing, repointing and loud speaking. Return to stairs, walk down about 50 steps for ticket check, made to stand in place: no one is allowed on the stairs during play!!! Wait for whistle behind usher holding courtesy sign in my face, walk down remaining 50 steps to seats. Abandon all hope of more food, drink, legs hurting now. Sound system EXTREMELY LOUD between play stoppages, the same time you'll be on the stairs if you have the strength/patience for concessions. Sound system does not stop music until after, repeat after, the puck is back in play. Never found team jerseys/hats/programs, just cheapo T shirts at $22 and up. Stadium built on Very Small footprint, everything is Very Vertical and Very Narrow, seats not real generous room either. Advertising banners surround the arena on 2 levels, stroboscopic, annoying and difficult to watch for long. The entire evening SCREAMED Amway. If you go, save your money, legs and ears; try the cheap seats near the mid-level concession area.

Smaller crowd than expected. Sad to see a 4 to 2 loss, but online ticketing allowed my son and I to be impulsive and see the game with little planning.

This was a great game but sure sorry that the Bears lost in the shootout.

The hockey games are a lot of fun to watch. The Solar Bear staff does a great job putting together the fan activities, etc. for the games. The kids at these games seem to really enjoy themselves, as well as the adults. The new Amway Center is spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The Amway staff is always very friendly and helpful. It's a fun time for all ages at a great price.

My family used to attend the Jacksonville Lizard Kings until they moved, then our son told us about the Solar Bears and I remember how much fun Hockey is. Great Game, great Goalie.

The game was great fun as always. And the Solar Bears did not disappoint, they won 5 to 4!!

Great game! Great venue with easy access and nice selection of snacks and food.

They never scored. Half the team look tired and skated like they did not care. The Amway is very nice though. Very comfortable and easy to get around

My wife and had an outstanding time Saturday night at the Solar Bear game at the Amway Center. The action was non stop. Our seats were close to where the players skate onto the ice, so I got to see the interaction between them and the kids that were waiting to see them. We had such a good time, we are considering season tickets for next year. I would recommend this anyone. Even if you are not a big sports fan, it is an enjoyable night. P.S. The Solar Bears had more than 35 shots on goal. That meant that everyone with a ticket stub got free Bang Bang Shrimp at Bonefish Grill. We went to Bonefish Grill the following night, and it was filled with Solar Bear fans.

It was a guys night out and a hockey game was on call! 2 friends have never been to a hockey game before. They were excited with the atmosphere, the game itself going into OT and then a shoot out. Unfortunate the Bears came up short, but it was one of the best I've seen since the "old" Bears of past. Looking to do another guys night out with the playoff.

We had such a great time. This was our second Bears game. This time it was my son's birthday request to go to a game. Wish we lived closer so we could go to more games.

This is the second game we have been to and both times we have enjoyed the atmosphere and watching hockey. Coming from south/central Texas football is King but hockey is becoming one of my favorite sports to watch.

The Solar Bears game vs. Evansville was awesome. The Solar Bears started slowly getting behind 4-2, but stormed back with 3 big goals to win 5-4. Good crowd on hand and very entertaining evening!

I was a great game, enjoyed the come back and the thrilling final 2 minutes in the game.

It was my 28th bday weekend so the friends and i were looking for something to do. This popped up and we'd been before so we saidw hy not go again. We each got tickets for just under $20 and were only 10 rows from the ice! We got seats under the budweiser baseline bar section (highly recommend). Great game, great seats, and you can't beat the price. This may become a birthday tradition.

Parking for this event was easy .Hockey game was exciting even though the home team lost.The commercials and the attah boys to the contributions truly reinforces a good relationship with the community.I also found this place a family oriented environment..

Great action and splashy, colorful lights/graphics/announcing. The Solar Bears need to work on their game: they almost got skunked. Great interactive game, though - fun to see. Our seats were very good; we saw all the action and the megatron games with the crowd were fun. Downside? Cheerleaders/dancers for a hockey team? Useless and the dance routine as entertainment was a waste - play another game on the ice with the kids in the crowd instead. Venue charges too much for parking: we parked with locals in their yard for a third of the price and didn't wait in line to leave after the event.

Good game, fun time; only 4 stars because the bad guys won.

It was an amazing game to watch, even though the Solar Bears lost in overtime they fought until the end giving a great game! If only it wasn't for those stinky refs who were clearly blind and unfair but it was always fun to cheer with the crowd "ref you suck". The Orlando Solar Bears are back to business with an amazing team who play very well. I am now looking into Season tickets for my seats as this was an amazing experience! Sitting against the glass, banging on it when the opposing team's players are placed in the penalty box and when guys are slammed right in front of us! It was a true hockey experience and such a great night! If you are ever in Orlando, FL and need something to do, go support these Solar Bears because they are great and slowly moving their way to the top in their conference! Good job boys, can't wait to see you next game and all next season!
