First off, the Arena is awesome. This was my first time going there and the hockey game was amazing. The concerts that they have at the arena must sound amazing!!! I will be researching upcoming concerts, that for sure. Ontario Reign on the other hand, they kinda sucked, but they played Alaska, so what did you expect? Oh, PS the beer is crazy expensive $9 bucks for a large.
First time to a Reign game. Had a terrific time, and have already purchased tickets to attend another game.
We enjoyed our first experience at a hockey game - we got really good seats for a really good value. The crowd was great, it was very laid back. Our only criticism was that when you walked around the venue and went on the San Manuel side that you encountered smoke from their VIP Room. We have health problems and since there weren't any signs warning you about possible smoke we walked right into it and had to leave. Signs warning of smoke posted would help sensitive people and kids with breathing problems avoid this area.
The game was great, very exciting. From the seats you could see the whole arena without a neck cramp.
Opening night was a great game, even the proposal right before the end of regulation and fight. hope its not a bad omen to there marriage.

This arena and it's staff are top notch! they put on a great show and have a very polite staff who are eager to make sure you have a good time. If you are in the area stop by and check it out.

This was a great game. The seats were right up on the glass. The players were amazing (a few fights, goals for the right team, and great music inbetween). The tickets included parking so this was a bonus.
The team's almost new building was beautiful, and was in a nice location near the intersection of I 10 and 15, across from the huge Ontario Mills mall. Staff was friendly, but some had to consult notes when u asked them a question ( looks like it was the 1st day on the job for some.) No charge for parking was nice, tickets were priced reasonably. No bad seats in the house. Been to hockey games in numerous venues all across the US. this place was waaaaaaayyyyyyyyy tooooooooooo coolldd!!! Yes, it is a rink and the ice has to be maintained , but I defy you to find a BIG venue like this that is this cold. There were people w blankets indoors. On the plus side , spent nothing on drinks due to the cold and long lines. I wonder how much money they are wasting on the excessive ac. There were lots of kids here, but not nearly enough activities for kids that you see elsewhere. Concession lines were excruciatingly long, many of the stands were closed. ANNOUNCED crowd was 5200, hate to see what it's like for a regular season game. PA announcer had big announcer guy booming voice, but did not give the names of the players who got asists or penalties. He did say how much time was left in the period even though that info is on the scoreboard. He announced line changes, not sure why.Many people go to games for yrs wo seeing a penalty shot.He was doing a Hooters promo while there was penalty shot was being taken. He did not announce the shot until after it had been taken. Did not tell u where to go to claim your prize after winning a chuck a puck contest. He was telling people to check around their seats for personal items after 90 % of the crowd had left. Overall, a good value for your buck, especially for families. Dress warmly and eat b4 u get there . Ontario Mills across the way has tons of eating places w no long lines and none of the inflated prices u see a sports events and at airports.
My husband, myself and our son had a GREAT TIME at the game on Saturday. The tickets were a FANTASTIC price and we sat right on the glass. Go REIGN! My only complaint is the price of the food...really! a hot dog is $5!
My brother's 1st game at Reign game. He like it much.
First time to this venue and it is really nice venue. Great for watching hockey as not a bad seat in the house. Can't wait to catch a concert at this venue. Only bad thing and why 4 stars was it took us about 30 minutes to get our burgers and nachos due to only 2 food stands out of 4 being open. The workers were bustin' their butts and not their fault - management simply didn't have enough employees/concession stands open for the crowd that showed up for the game. The food was above average - better than the Honda Center in our opinion so at least the wait wasn't for nothing. 10 bucks to get in and free parking - can't go wrong with that for a night out with the family!!

Great venue, easy entry and exit. Game was great Ontario won 4-2. Lots of great skating and checking, Refs were a little tight on the fighting, but all in all good calls.Family oriented, mascots put on good show.
Went to my first hockey game Friday night and had such a good time that I went back in Wednesday night! Love the ease of getting to the game, the great seats, and home town feel. I will return!
ALASKA outskated and outshot the REIGN tonight BUT it was still AWESOME and FUN and I can't wait to go a lot more next season.
First time attending a hockey game and I had a great time
We had a great time at the event. The arena is very nice, the staff was friendly and helpful and the team played well. The "all you can eat" sky box seats are a little over-rated and I would not buy those again. It's serve yourself nachos, hot dogs and popcorn (luke warm to begin with and cold once you get to your seats) and they cut you off from both food and soft drinks at the end of the first intermission (something that is not mentioned until you get there). All in all a great time for a very affordable price, I will be going again.
I don't follow hockey, but this game was very entertaining and a great value for a sporting event. I would go see another Reign game in a heart beat. The arena is easy to get to, parking was free, and the tickets were about the same price as an Imax 3D movie. We had a great time.
