Ontario Cheerleading Federation Tickets

this was our 3rd cheer competition for Grandaughter. the sound system not as good as the other two. other competitions asked spectators to come to floor when their child was performing and then make way back to the stands so other families could watch their loved one perform ones. This past Saturday, no such announcement and spectators and other groups, sat in the chairs, not making room for others. Staff at the Venue were friendly and helpful. thanks

Wish attended the Ocf in Brampton and this is not our best competition. Although the venue itself is nice a few things we didn’t like. The music kept on cutting out on the main floor and practice gym music was too loud. No special lighting. Over crowded and couldn’t find a good seat or make our way to the floor to watch our children perform: Wish the athletes would get medals for placing. Definitely can use improvements. Bathrooms were filthy toilet paper all over and wet floor.

The way they set up the stage for judges was not a fair set up for parents/family/friends that paid to attend And the floor was set up to allow those to go watch but the same people stayed ther the whole time leaving no room for us to go when our children were on stage! The meeting room we were in with the group smelt like a dirty diaper and had to ask to have someone to look after it not sure if it happened or not as we left the room… Considering provincials it was not set up to be that way!

Seating around the stage was very limited. Definitely not enough seating to support the number of athletes and families participating in the event. If we are expected to pay 20$ to get into an event, at the very least enough seating should be considered. Also the MC was mediocre at best. I’ve only been to a few cheer comps, and this one has been by far the worst one.
