Honestly one of the best shows i've been to in a while. Both One Republic and Sara Bareilles are amazing artists who know how to put on a great show. Everyone go watch them!
Sara Bareilles and OneRepublic held such an awesome performance. Both are very talented songwriters who sing what they create. How often do you get that? Sara and Ryan both have such powerful voices. The lighting also added to the mood of their music. I am so thankful I went, I almost didn't because I'm a cheapskate and didn't want to buy tickets. Boy...I'm glad I splurged on this. Now I'm going to be waiting for OneRepublic's next concert in a few years. This concert made me go from somewhat a fan of OneRepublic to I'm really a fan of OneRepublic. I almost feel that both Sara and OneRepublic sound better live than recorded.
Sara Bareilles was worth every single penny. I got the chills many times hearing her. Sure, she sounds good in the studio, but she sounds even better live, accompanied with her band. She's hilarious and interacts with the crowd well. She is extremely talented.
One Republic put on an awesome show. So talented!! Unfortunately it seemed like Sara stayed on too long and cut into the amount of time that One Republic should have been on. Will absolutely see One Republic again.
Everything about the event turned out to be great. The venue was fun, easy to get to, had a great outdoor atmosphere, and amazing sound quality. Sara was very entertaining with her conversations with the crowd and One Republic has great visual/sound effects. The opening act, Harper Blynn, also rocked the house. What a great pairing!
Opening for Sara: Harmony Blyn - fantastical Sara: better than I had imagined she could be :) One Republuc: can't listen to their recordings now because their live versions will be with me 4ever!
Great concert in a great location. Weather was perfect, both performers engaged the audience and gave a good account of their music. Must see when they come back in the area.
It was an ammaazzzinggg and unforgettable night!!!
Should I say more? Sara Bareilles was really fun and one republic was awesome.
The concert was AMAZING!! I LOVE ONEREPUBLIC!! The fact that this was my first concert and I got to see my favorite band!! I loved it :) and Sara was amazing live too and the opening band also. The only thing was that once we entered they should check IDs to match the ticket.. because it just felt like maybe someone didnt match the ticket and was a last minute kinda thing..
The music was upbeat and the performance out of this world. The live show was way better than any of their songs I had heard before. It was extraordinary! The.singer has great vocals and is very energetic and entertaining without cursing and throwing in stupid comments, They also managed to perform quite a number of their hit songs, which was fantastic. I loved it all.
First of all the venue is incredible!!! The acoustics and sound were unbelievable and we were sitting up a little higher. That with the outdoor perfect temp on a San Diego evening in September was a night to remember. The show was incredible starting off with Sara Bareilles!!! She has such an incredible voice and is sooo good live. She has picked up a potty mouth though. OneRepublic got soul and when they did the Gold digger remix that was surprising and got people on their feet. It was a tremendous show!!!
Sara is such a song bird and a bit of a potty mouth, which I find very endearing. I went to this concert to see Sara and was pleasantly surprised by OneRepublic. I'm a huge fan of Sara Bareilles and always see her whenever she's in town. So, for this review, I'm going to focus on OneRepublic. They have a number of hits on the radio and in movies. I have to say I was really impressed with their sound and stage presence. They are true musicians with most of them playing more than one instrument including: piano, xylophone, slide guitar, acoustic & electric & bass guitars, violin and cello. There were 6 guys and the sounds they produced were larger than life...well suited for stadium or other grand venues. I really like how they use the different instruments to fill the space with their music. They have such a rounded sound and their front man has an impressively high pitched vocal range.
Sara Bareilles and OneRebuplic were a perfect headlining duo! Amazing show! Both artist had great vocals and knew how to wow the crowd! My friend and I were also able to meet both headlining artists after the show. They were nice enough to approach their fans even though there was no formal meet and greet set up. Definitely worth the money I spent for the concert. Their opener was also surprisingly good. Parking was confusing and hard to find but we ended up parking a couple of blocks away for free in a residential area.
I've yet to see talent this incredible live. Harper Blend opened for Sara and did amazing. Sara came out and had us laughing, crying and singing along. I didn't think the night could get better, Sara was on fire. But OR came out and sang and performed nonstop. It was hands down the best concert I've been too yet.
Sara is so incredibly talented... She has such an amazing voice and is an incredible musician! She was really great involving/playing with the audience and rocked the house. My boyfriend and I went and he loved hearing hear as well. We'd go see her again if she comes to town. Wonderful show.
Sarah Bareilles was amazing. It inspired a marriage proposal and capped with genuine and raw personality of Sarah Bareilles' humor.
What an amazing night with Sara and One Republic! I was so impressed with the range of music and incredible ability of these artists! Wow! Really blown away by their dedication to bringing music to all people!
Sara B. was really good even though I wasn't that familiar with her songs, but by hearing her live, I became a new fan....her voice, music all good. Overall fun vibe! One Republic was outstanding!! Their sound quality, his voice was impeccable! Hitting all the high notes and beyond! Stage presence was great! This was first time I was at this venue and it was really small and therefore, not a bad seat in the place. A bit hard to get to the venue as it's on the center of campus. If you haven't seen One Republic live, you need to because they are incredible. You will not be disappointed!
OneRepublic was incredible. Great Venue, beautiful night, awesome music. WOW!!!
