An epic global stadium tour, a 3-D concert film that grossed close to $70M in ticket sales worldwide, and the November 2013 release of their third studio album, Midnight Memories, the young boys of One Direction have proved that they're more than just a flash in the Brit-pop pan.
One Direction burst onto the scene in 2011 after having formed before the world's eyes on the British singing competition The X-Factor. English lads Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, and Louis Tomlinson and Irish chap Niall Horan each signed up for the show as a solo act but were ultimately convinced that they'd be much more successful as a group.
The boys clicked immediately and have been tearing up the charts ever since. 1D made history when their first studio album, Up All Night, debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 in the U.S., and their follow up, Take Me Home, topped the charts in over 30 countries. The band is known for their bright and catchy dance-pop sound, their boundless energy on stage, and their clean and preppy fashion style
Okay, so if these boys don’t get their acts together and get BACK together I will start a riot. I love them. I need them. I want them. But at the same time I want them to be happy first so if their solo careers make them happier then I 100% support that as well. HOWEVER I miss them so much☹️ All the love -L❤️

they were amazing the boys always put one an amazing show in buffalo they really took the stage by storm giving us false hope they truly are the band the beat they made everyone feel accepted even if they weren’t close to the stage and harry’s whale and water throwing amazingggf

i saw one direction during wwa and otra at metlife stadium. those two nights were single-handedly the best nights of my life. i miss the boys so much and i really hope they tour mitam eventually. thanks for almost 10 years ❤️

i grew up listening to one direction and they’ve helped me become me honestly. they taught me so many things like don’t be afraid and take risk and don’t let other people judge you. Even though they might not be together now they’ll always be together in my eyes. i’m so incredibly proud of each and every single one of them seeing how far they’ve come. each one of them as solo artist has impacted me life in such a positive way and i couldn’t thank them enough. nothing makes me happier then seeing them happy doing what they love. so thank you for the best almost 10 years of my life❤️
Even when they weren’t together they still saved me and gave me back my smile and happiness. If they come back. I will goto the ends of the earth to see them. They saved so many and like someone else said. Nobody can replace them because nobody compares to them💚

I never got to see one direction live unfortunately. I really really hope they come back soon we miss them soooo much. It’s one of my biggest regrets not seeing them live please come back we miss u. BEST BAND OF ALL TIME

I miss one direction so much. I have never gone to one of their shows so if they do have a reunion with all five members, and have a tour or show. I will definitely try my best to come! We love you!
