Ohio State Buckeyes Women's Hockey Tickets

This team NEEDS a new hockey only arena. That’s it

We always have a blast at OSU Women’s hockey games! They’re incredible, atmosphere is incredible, and we couldn’t ask for a better university or group of girls to support!

I booked this game to revue if the Lady Buckeyes had improved since I last saw them many years ago. I was amazed at the speed, skill and aggressive performance. I have attended several Blue Jackets games and OSU was more aggressive. I had not been to this ice rink since 1972 as a student. At that time there were bleachers at the south end. I enjoyed sitting at the blue line, five rows from the excitement. I now understand how the Lady Buckeyes became national champs!

OSU Women's Ice Hockey games are the best. There was extra energy at the rink with the Athletic Band present. Brutus was even there at the beginning. The skate with the team after the Saturday game was awesome. My granddaughter was thrilled to skate with the players. Ohio State has a very good team and they are so exciting to watch. They have excellent coaches and players.

We had a great time. Staff were great, the game was good. We won. The facility is small, which is a good thing. Compared to a Blue Jackets game or even a men’s hockey game it is easier to get in and out of, cheaper, and you can get much much closer to the action. Minor downside is that concessions are clear on the other side of the complex.

I decided to bring my great nephew to Ohio State women’s hockey game. As we approach the door, we were told that we had to go around another building come through another door to have our tickets scanned. After that, we had to walk through a hallway back through a set of double doors outside and then back in another double doors into the ice skating arena. When you wanted to go get a snack from the concession stand, you had to go back to the same building you had your ticket scanned in and walk a few hundred feet. This is very inconvenient for someone that is not able to walk very long distances. I also called prior to arriving to see if I could bring my stadium seat due to the back problems I have. They said no I was not allowed to do so. If you have never attended a woman’s hockey game, they only have bleacher seats. We did enjoy the game and would like to attend again, but I’m afraid with my conditions I will not be able to do so.

This was my first ladies hockey game. It was awesome! Tons of action! Those girls played their hearts out (on both sides of the puck). I definitely recommend! On a side note, I think OSU could move the ladies games to Value City Arena. The game was sold out. I bet they would’ve sold more tickets if they had more seats available.
