As far as tickets are concerned when you have a two day event you can switch tickets to past event because then we can open them and use 2nd day and have to stand in line at ticket window anyway defeating purpose of ordering ahead of time.
Ticket master should have paid people back the fee they charged for tickets when things changed that is ridiculous to do that to people
Everything was great. Such a fun and exciting event.
Extremely expensive. Make sure you take out a second mortgage to eat junk food. Not healthy enough for people with medical conditions such as myself. Food or drinks that were specifically for my condition was not allowed to enter the arena.
I was quite disappointed with the mvp arena in Albany. From the outrageous ticket prices for a high school sporting event to the ridiculous prices for a bottle of water . If you’re going to host a sporting event for student athletes they should be allowed to have unlimited water and healthy food options brought in for them.
The website and features need updating. Should not need to be member to have downloadable tickets to your phone. Should be able assign tickets to mobile numbers.
I was disappointed with the selection of food that was available at the event. Probably a complaint made by many yet still gets ignored. It accommodates those who love deep fried and greasy but not everyone does!!! It would be nice to have had a salad or wrap available maybe even carrots and celery. The second comment pertains to the crowd of people who were allowed to stand at the ends of the mats on Saturday. I watched as wrestlers were denied access to that area for warming up by security yet coaches and committee personnel were allowed to stand there. Please realize that patrons who paid to watch these matches had an obstructed View because of this. In some cases we had to stand (yes block the view of other paying spectators) to view some of the matches. I wonder if this is why the men at the head table were standing as well???
There needs to be better signage and access to ticket booths and will call area.
Very impressive! All day wrestling Friday and Saturday at a great venue conveniently located in the center of the state. Not a bad seat in the house. Respectful fans and athletes filled the arena making the tournament better yet!
Huge and beautiful venue, in the middle of downtown Albany. We visited the Capitol Hill, City Hall and Saint Peter's Church.
What an amazing weekend!!! The wrestling was exciting and the people were OUTSTANDING! We can't wait to go back to our NYS wrestling family next year!
First time attending. With as many as 8 matches going at once, it's a little crazy but, you get used to it. No need to buy the higher price tickets. All the seating is general admission. I thought the concession prices were a little high.
The event itself was incredibly well organized. However, as an obvious 2 day event that all parents and athletes would be attending for up to 14 hours each day - I was offended at having to spend $4.50 for a bottle of water each time I was thirsty. I’m disabled and it was not conduscive for me to go outside of the arena to go to cafe or store every time I wanted something to eat or drink. It should be taken into consideration that there are families attending this event that will be spending an extraordinary amount of time in the arena and the venue should not be price gauging those attending the event. With that said - the event itself was great. You were able to see all four mats for the division you were watching.

NYSPHSAA puts on a great wrestling tournament. The athletes were very impressive. These kids work hard for years at this sport, and it is nice to see them showcased in a good facility. It would be nice to have healthier options at the concessions.
Great time, your employees were very helpful and nice also. Couldn't have asked for better people.
4.25 for a water. 10.75 for a hotdog & coke. 3.50 coffee. way to high priced for me.
Payed extra for premium ticket to guarantee lower bowl seating for finals, yet no one was checking tickets into this area of arena. People who purchased basic session ticket was seated next to me. I feel like I was fleeced to put it mildly.
The NYSHSAA Wrestling Championship was awesome!!! A lot of excitement all day long. The event was well run and for the most part on time. You needed a fur jacket to keep you warm when you walked to the bathroom. It was too damn cold! The food was terribly overpriced!!! Other than that a good time was had by all.
Great wrestling, somewhat disappointed with outcomes for section six.
